New American Home Improvement's Public Adjuster, Sam, worked closely with our insurance company regarding our insurance claim, which was seamless. Aron worked with the City to obtain the permits and provided great customer service the entire process and was very responsive. The subcontracted roof crew removed the old roof and replaced it with the new one, all in one day. The crew was great ~ On time, very professional, courteous and did a thorough clean up. Gutters were replaced within 2 weeks of the roof replacement. Our new roof looks great.

Over a year ago we started looking for a company that would repair or replace our fascia, gutters and soffits on our house. Our builder used an unusual brand and we found it extremely difficult to find a company that would first come out and look at our home, to show up for a quote or return our calls. New American Home Improvement promptly returned our call, showed up on time, helped with our insurance company and did a fabulous job!!! Great experience. Very impressed with the work the crew did and the prompt responses to my questions. Of all the work done on our home, this has to be the profession, expeditious, and positive one we've had. High levels of communication, attention to detail. We had the old roof removed, installed an entire new roof on the house, new siding and new gutters all installed in couple weeks. Highly recommend.

We had our roof replaced by New American Home Improvement this past Thanksgiving. We appreciated the amount of legwork done by Brandon as he worked with us to determine if hail damage had actually occurred and as he helped verify our insurance coverage. He kept on top of our situation and in a timely fashion we were able to choose new roofing materials with his assistance.

They inspected the roof and verified the hail damage, contacted the insurance company and met with myself and the insurance adjuster to inspect the roof again. After the insurance adjuster verified a new roof was needed they handled all the communication and we scheduled the installation.
They were very quick, on time and did a great job. The process was painless and in less than a day we had a new great looking roof and the cleanup was great. Other than a new great looking roof you would never know anything had went down.
Will certainly use again if the need arises and would recommend to anyone needing roof work done.

New American Home Improvement did an excellent job on my roof! My sales rep, Eric, from Elgin was excellent. They were very helpful with all of my annoying questions (thank you for your patience). Most importantly...the install team was GREAT! They dropped the materials off the day before install, they arrived on-time, they were so great about not damaging my flower beds and the surroundings of my house. The cleanup was incredible... was worried about nails, and they didn't leave any garbage or debris! I couldn't find a single nail, most importantly my driveway was clean and clear of anything. The office team was great - Katie, thank you for taking my calls. Overall I would recommend this company for roof replacement/repair. They are fair and honest and perform quality work with quality materials!

From the very beginning of my relationship with this company I was happy with the service I received. I worked with Patrick originally and he guided me through the process of filing a claim for the hail damage to my roof. New American Home Improvement moved quickly to get the work done in a timely fashion. The crew they sent out worked extremely hard, finished in one day, and cleaned up their mess when they were done. I have been very happy in all aspects of this project and in the quality of workmanship. Based on the complete tear off and replacement of my roof, I would recommend them very highly.

From first contact with Mike to their adjuster to Carlos, and the folks in the office, it's been a very easy experience. My claim was approved very quickly and they really work with you to make the best out of bad situation. I was able to get a full roof replacement and they even got me shingles that will get me an insurance discount!
