I was in search of a swivel chair to enjoy watching birds!!!! This chair is comfortable and luxe!!!! I am very heavy with greys in my home, and was gearing up to buy grey leather!!!! We had the best interaction with Gary and his impeccable taste; he really came though with this mix!!! Camel and grey is everything!!!!!

We love our new furniture from Walter E Smithe!! We recently moved into our home and were fortunate to meet Ann, a designer from the Geneva location. She is exceptionally talented and dedicated to her clients. Beyond helping us choose furniture, Ann measured the space, planned each room so the style flowed from one room to the next, and helped us choose paint colors and accessories. The furniture from Smithe is of outstanding quality and we highly recommend it!

Walter E Smithe designer, Juliene, was incredibly helpful when navigating the challenges of choosing/designing a sofa for a particular spot in our home. She was able to understand what we wanted and guide us to previously-not-considered options - - we are so satisfied with our experience! The quality of the sofa is top notch (both structure and fabrics), and we plan to return soon to purchase a sectional!

Cindy at the Geneva store is amazing! Professional, knowledgeable and believes in customer service. Decided I couldn't buy a so so sofa. My last sofa I purchased through Cindy and 15 years later it looks great. Cushions still look amazing. So I went back and purchased my new sofa from Cindy and she directed me to the same manufacturer. I love it!

People tried to serve and please. Reasonable selection but didn't have what I wanted so they ordered it. Very helpful even helping me load my truck. That was above duty.

Couches are still in perfect shape even after the cats put their nails in it! But make sure you get a warranty with anything you buy because replacing it is painless.

It was a difficult delivery of an oversized desk, but Ethan and Miguel made it happen after a number of attempts. Thanks so much. Very professional and pleasant to work with.
