Quality clothing, large selection of petite sizes, generally conservative in style, but something for all ages. Wish I had more time to browse the collection. Also, very helpful sales staff.

Wheaton location staff is super helpful and lively. I am very impressed with my shopping experience. I was welcomed and assisted. Definitely coming back to shop here more often. Quality of clothes here is 10/10. Style and tailoring is perfect for my petite frame. Please introduce more high waisted jeans/ pants, and some co-ordinated sets in near future. I would like to purchase it 😇

All associate are very welcoming and friendly. Ready to help and strictly following the COVID guidelines and making sure for everything is going good for the customers.

Here for the great Labor Day Sale. Additional 70% off of already reduced items, a sale that doesn't come around too often. Not many other customers here in the late afternoon to compete with for dressing rooms.

Sales employees were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The store was organized and clean. Some items are not consistent to size, depending on the style, and so it's always better to try items on if you are in between sizes.

If you want an item in a different color or size, they will contact another location for you and have it shipped.

Great customer service!

Very poor customer service twice in two weeks. Associates very rude and unpleasant. Line always long and just one register open even with three associates in the store.

My mother and I have shopped at Talbots for 30+ years. I typically go to Oak Brook and the outlet mall location --the store in Naperville was closed since they lost their lease. Naperville is a bustling, affluent suburb of 150,000 with a very supportive business community. It is a very competitive business environment. I went to the Talbots north in Wheaton today looking for one thing in attempt to save time since it was near my destination. The store is located in a run-down shopping center that is 70 percent vacant. I walked in the store, quickly trying to find what I was looking for--the retail associate was rude and made me feel unwelcome asking me what I wanted. I felt like she was following me--I am not quite sure how you can mistreat a 50-year-old SAHM. Just horrible. I have never experienced such awkwardness in any of the Talbots stores that I have visited from coast to coast. What a disappointment. The sales ladies in Oak Brook, Naperville and the outlet store in Aurora treat customers like family. I will find it difficult to return to the Wheaton store due to the rude behavior of the sales associate.

When we came in one of the sales ladies reacted as if we didn't belong there! I usually frequent the one in Oakbrook! I guess I will be returning to that one since we do spend quite a bit of money at Talbots!
