We chose MI TRAVEL when we decided to go to unrah this year. I had a great experience with Br Bilal and his travel agency . He gave us a great deal where I could see my family in Pakistan and perform Umrah with my husband alhamdulillah. It was not only the low cost but his good manners and the way he dealt with us with ehsaan throughout the process. Even though we procrastinated and submitted our papers late, he didn't get upset but expedited and got our visas in time . I would definitely recommend MI travels

Bilal setup our umrah trip and it went really well. Overall price was good, Visa process was smooth, transportation was in private vehicles, hotel reservations were correct, and the airline travel was as expected.

He even texted us when we landed in Medina and during other key dates of the trip which was a pretty nice touch.

Only room for improvement is he seems really busy at times and can be hard to get a hold of. However, once you get a hold of him he's pretty responsive... even at insane hours by Central Time zone standards.

I booked with Mi Travel for Umrah during the first 20 days of Ramadan this year and I have to say it has been a great experience. We stayed 4 nights in Medina and 4 nights in Mecca with everything conveniently taken care of by Bilal before our trip. The process of the airport and funding transportation was something we’ve always heard would be the most difficult and expensive before our trip but Mi Travel handled it all and made it the easiest trip I’ve taken. The hotels were 5 star (of course you pay for what you get) but even with the best hotels there Mi Travel was able to beat out prices of the other agencies we looked into. In all aspects, our trip exceeded expectations from the logistics perspective. Simply, we didn’t have to worry about anything. Thank you.
