Absolutely dreamy! Some of the very best food I've had in Southern Utah. The lamb cigars were light, with the perfect blend of creamy and spicy sauces. The halibut was buttery and all of the flavors complimented each other beautifully. If you can, sit on the patio - it's delightfully charming. The service was friendly, the food was incredible and the atmosphere can't be beat.

I tried this place once for lunch a couple years ago and was not that impressed; however, my wife recently wanted to go for dinner for her birthday and I am so glad she brought me back for a second chance. The food was fabulous with fresh ingredients. Perfect spot for an intimate date night and sharing dishes. Save room for dessert as well. Wonderful experience with a dinner menu you will not find in this area.

We really enjoyed this quaint restaurant. Great service, we dined outdoor on the patio. We really enjoyed our meals which use local ingredients. I’d highly recommend for a nice dinner date.

Our last night in Santa Clara did not disappoint! We called 30 minutes ahead to see if we could make a reservation and Brian happily accommodated us. The food was amazing! My boyfriend said it was one of the top three steaks he’s ever had… and he doesn’t say that lightly. The Black Forest cake was a must. Brian was super friendly and we will definitely be back again on our next desert trip!

Incredible experience! Intimate venue with mind blowing food. The menu was so tempting we couldn’t decide what to order so ordered one of everything. Focaccia was melt in your mouth, surprising coconut yogurt dip, steak and couscous were favorites. Save room for dessert.

Wow, just a remarkable dinner find. Nothing comparable in the area. Open just two years, Rylu’s offers a creative dinner menu at a reasonable price. Creative combinations of all fresh, local ingredients. Innovative beer and wine list. Excellent service in quaint bistro setting in historic house on Santa Clara’s Main Street. French-trained chefs offer small menu with exquisite options. Get a reservation. Thanks for a wonderful evening.

Rylus is the best restaurant in town. No question. Lauren and Ryan the chefs are great people and great chefs. The patio couldn’t be a nicer spot to eat dinner and the food is always amazing. Ryan the server/sommelier is an excellent server and super knowledge on wine. And the newly updated wine list is killer. Every time I go the seasonal appetizers seem to be my favorite part. Again. Highly recommend Rylus.

I ate here for lunch and immediately made reservations for dinner. This is the best food I've eaten in Southern Utah. Every dish is an experience.

Kim was my server. She was happy, friendly and made me feel at home. Lunch was a chicken schnitzel with a roasted mushroom hummus appetizer. The sweet, fruity salad offset the buttery, savory schnitzel.

Dinner was a Seabass melange surrounded by mussels, scallops and shrimp. French press coffee, which I got to press myself after it steeped. Dessert was an apple cinnamon cake with whipped cream.

Be sure to make dinner reservations first. On the weekends you'll probably want lunch reservations too. This place fills up fast.

A highlight dining experience in the area, everything was delicious and not standard fare. The labneh grape leaves and apple cranberry short ribs were an especial highlight. (Warning that the sweet potato gnocchi has a kick.) Charming old time ambience in a historic home, with fun wall art and local pottery dishes. Tables could use candles or a flower to warm them up.

If you are looking for an intimate place to eat with some special occasion in mind, this is THE place. The price overall compare to Sakura and all other fine dining is relatively less than those places by $5-10 and better food. The food is fresh and changed seasonally which, is rarely in St Goerge. Even their drinks are seasonal!!!!! It is quite a small place so expect to reserve ahead of time and no more than 6 people would be recommended. The staffs were attentive and amicable that really helps bring the whole experience together! Would recommend as a place to go to for anniversary and special occasions

That’s all I can say. Just wow. First off, we walked in and it was such a home feel. We were greeted kindly and shown to our table. It was our first time coming and definitely not our last. We looked at the menu and saw so many good options. They had some specials for Swiz Days and decided to try the Alpine Board which is an appetizer. It had sole unique items in it but definitely were tasty. We then decided to get the burger and the chicken sandwich. The bun on the burger was very warm and firm. It definitely help hold things together. The burger was a little spicy, it had just the right amount of jalapeños. The patty was cooked to my liking and was exactly what I asked for. Overall the burger gets a 10/10 from me. I recommend it to any burger lover out there. The burger came out with a salad or chips. I went with the salad and also loved it. The cheese in the salad was very creamy and scrumptious. Please visit Rylu’s. You won’t be disappointed. It’s the biggest gem in all of Washington county and I definitely see myself eating here more often.

Brilliant meal -- truly remarkable, and among the best we've experienced in Utah. On par with the sumptuous gems in Europe. Highly recommended!

The burger isn't comparable. It was a class in itself, a new all time favorite for me.

Some of the best food I've ever had add. Thought it was just a cafe cafe but thank goodness I wish I was sorely mistaken. I've never had a sandwich or hamburger taste so good that I forgot I was eating a sandwich or hamburger. PHENOMENAL. Food far surpassed my expectations. Service was perfectly on point and Brian was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and pairing suggestions. Best restaurant in the area by far.

Very Intimate dining. Menu is small, but so delightful. We shared the coconut lebash dip. We didn't know what it was, but it was so highly recommended. Such a treat. For entrees, we had the pasta with veges and the steak with strawberry moustarde. We paired it all with a northern Italian wine refosco. Yum. Next time I'm in st. George/Santa Clara, it's the first reservation I'm making.

This place is crazy good. The food and service are off the chart! I love that they constantly update the menu with new dishes. The service is outstanding and Brian attended to our entry need. Highly recommend this place!

Charming bistro with delish, creative cuisine. We loved the coconut milk labneh and pita app and the short-ribs were delicious. Lamb cigars were also yummy. The desserts( homemade maple ice cream and a dense chocolate torte with custard) were so yummy.

Grabbed a reservation while in St George for a boys golf trip. Best meal I have had in Utah! From the communication with Lauren (Lu) to being seated by Ryan (Ry) the experience was beyond any expectations. What a gem of a dining experience. Very intimate and they’re not trying to scale and find a bigger venue. I would honestly try everything on the menu. Love what they are doing at Rylu’s!!

Wonderful little spot. Extraordinary flavors. plan ahead and enjoy great service, fun atmosphere and delicious food. Plan to come back and try all selections.
