What can I say about drive time… well, the location was very clean, I love that they had a wide variety of vehicles to choose from… most importantly, our sales person Anthony was just amazing!! So patient and very knowledgeable, friendly and just fun! I know the interest is a little high but when everyone else tells you no, drive time will have your back! Love you guys! So my mom needed a car UNEXPECTEDLY, and we ended up at Drive Time in Lombard IL. Her appointment was at 6 pm; we got there early, and the car dealer rep Ms. Charity Prater assisted us right away which was awesome! Excellent customer service! She was amazing to work with. She was very, very patient with my mom search on a vehicle. She was able to test drive 3 trucks and ended up with a beautiful truck (Nissan). If you need a vehicle and want excellent customer service; Charity is your girl! This was an awesome experience, and we weren't in here long. (THANK GOD) 😊 🙏🏼 ❤

Charity was amazing! She made the entire experience easy, simple, and low pressure. Not the typical dealership experience. I ended up with the exact car that was perfect for me and it's also in amazing condition. I was there during the solar eclipse and everyone there was friendly and great to hang out with!

Clifton Ross was amazing! If you ever need a vehicle, this is your guru! Friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, non-pressuring style of communication and building rapport with you. His enthusiasm and down to earth personality was one that everyone could relate to. He has a Spiderman figurine on his desk with displays of family. This made buyers feel at ease and at home. It also gave a sense of personality that he was not just a person who wanted to sell you a car. It gave a feeling of being in a relaxed environment that was genuine and talking to a trusted buddy or friend mixed with utter professionalism. Clifton is a gem who communicates well in a world these days, where many people can not communicate.

I had the best experience with the west Chicago location , i was able to work with Ms . Charity at the start of my journey to purchase my vehicle , she gave great customer service , she’s down to earth and did everything she could and more to make this process THE BEST . I had an amazing car buying experience, before coming in I had so many doubts of how things would actually go - as far as the down payment amount compared to what was offered in the app & a big one for me is customer service - my experience was with the west Chicago location. Everything was exactly as they said it was from the price to the amount of documentation needed. The biweekly payments are helpful and the extended warranty, LoJack etc are all amazing features that don’t have to be offered. Anthony was extremely easy to work with and explained everything in an understandable way.
