St. Louis Bread Co.

The St Louis bread company is always great. I went to the one in Clayton by the esquire movie theater. I ordered the pick two soup and salad. The soup was hot and delicious and the salad was fresh. They are very polite and it doesn't take long to get your food.

It wasn't exciting. I met a gentleman at Panera for a business meeting. Therefore, I picked up some chicken and wild rice. I should have gotten a lemon drop cookie. Food was good. They got me in and out. Great job.

It’s been a few years since I came into this place but I had this gift card I’ve been holding onto since my birthday in May & today was a good day to stop in on a quick dinner break. I think the inside could do a heck of a remodeling & furniture upgrade🤷🏽‍♀
Overall though Customer service was SUPERB!!!!
As was the food!
I ordered the You-Pick-Two with the broccoli/cheddar bread bowl & the chicken avocado BLT 🥪. I sat inside to eat & my food was very warm just the way it should be!
I definitely will be back and also loaded my prepaid gift card up to make sure that I do.

Customer Service: Awesome! They were very busy but still took the time out to let me taste the green tea 😌 and also they were patient & my food was very good, Sandwich could have had more meat but the avacado on both my Green Goddess salad and Turkey bacon avacado sandwich was very generous 💖

The most amazing young man took my orders. It was a little crazy in the ordering process because of us, but he soldier thru and gave us a great 👍 experience. There was no wait and the food was ready in no time.

So I was actually there to do a Doordash pickup this morning, which the drink was part of. However, I decided to get a bagel and cream cheese (it was 7 ish in the morning). This location is very nice as well. The staff was friendly, and orders were promptly handled. Usually I go for a sandwich, and I recently tried the flat bread for the first time. But we'll discuss those the next time I order.

Resident at the hospital next door and came in to study and work on some things for around 4-5 hours. Staff was amazing. Great work ethic, came around to check and see if customers were doing okay, offered free samples as well if we needed anything, cleaned off tables fast for turn-around, and handled rush hour with ease.

The woman walking around with the purple head-wrap was so great. Highly recommend this environment.

Chicken noodle soup and spicy chicken sandwich combo is the best hangover cure

I love St Louis Bread Company (Panera as they now call it) with all my heart. But nobody can say their cafes have a good atmosphere. However I have never known a food service company where they knock themselves out so hard to go the extra mile to get the food right and they are always incredibly miserable when something goes wrong and drown you in wonderful gift vouchers to say sorry. No one can do better than that.

The pick 2 combo is my favorite! I usually get a grilled cheese and tomato bisque but today I got the steak & arugula with the bisque. Yummy!

Had a great experience. Angela, the person who took our order went above and beyond what we would have even imagined. Our sandwich initially was not the way we wanted it. She corrected it refunded us the money. Customer service was excellent. She was smiling and polite. She also came to check back on us. Would definitely recommend this location! Panera you need to hire more people like her!

Service is ALWAYS GREAT!! We tried the strawberry rhubarb mini cake today and it was SO TASTY!!

Panera is my favorite restaurant in town and every time I’m around I’ll have my lunch break here!

Great food friendly employees easy parking!!I had a great experience here. There's plenty of seating for singles and large groups. Everything is set up conveniently and easily accessible.
