Bee Quick Plumbing & Sewer - Naperville

We had a major issue at our shop. Found them on Google and called them up. Bee Quick was here less than 24 hours and able to get our pipes and water system working again. They did an outstanding job. We highly recommend them.

We had our sewer line backup AGAIN - the company that fixed it 25 years ago must not have done a very good job. Elias came out the same day we called and assessed the damage and the possible cause of the backup. He tried to clear the obstruction with a drain auger but was hitting something in the line. Upon observation with a flashlight, we could see that the sewer line just outside the basement wall had sunk AGAIN and would need to be dug up and fixed / replaced. Elias took care of the city permit and was out with the necessary equipment and fixed the problem in one day. The process of digging to the broken pipe was a little dicey - as we have a full front cement porch and he needed to guide the backhoe carefully under the porch. At the end of the day all was fixed and repaired properly. Elias was easy to do business with, explained everything he was doing and why, and did a VERY GOOD JOB! He took pictures of everything he did and emailed them to me for future reference. I would not hesitate to hire him and his crew to fix any plumbing problem in the house. I was very happy with his work and his team's work ethic. Thanks again Elias.

Had a sewer backup the day before Easter and these guys came out pretty late at night and worked at it for 3 hours until our issue was resolved. They were fairly priced, extremely nice and professional, and super informative. I would highly recommend them over some of the larger companies out there.

We had underground water pipe leaking issue for years and years. I almost called all the plumber near Naperville area to fix problems. Ultrasound diagnosis, concrete breaking , replace with a new section of pipe. Though issue was fixed. 3 years later, another section was broken again , then we had to repeat whole process. And then another section ....

This is the company you want to go with. I had a very serious plumbing problem, spent money left and right trying to fix this problem with diy methods and with other plumbers and no one could do anything for me.
This is the only company was able to actually get me flowing. And they have a 6 month warranty to come back for free if anything occurs. The price was very reasonable especially considering how extensive the work they had to do was. And they were very informative and honest. They have my business for life.

We had an after hours emergency of our kitchen sink not draining and tried two other plumbers, but one was busy and the other never called back. So looking online, we saw Bee Quick and gave it a call. They said they could be over in 1.5 hours. They actually got over in an hour. The plumber quickly figured out what the issue was and got to work. He got the pipes draining after cleaning out a lot of grease which was blocking the pipe. For a long term solution, he said he could come back two days later and replace the pipe and reroute the pipes and cleanout. All work was done professionally and cleanly. We were impressed by the work of the plumber and will be using Bee Quick again in the future. Highly recommended.

We had a shower drain clog that we noticed at 6pm and Bee Quick was able to get here within an hour and had it resolved shortly after. He also removed an old drain mechanism that was no longer in use and replaced the cover free of charge. Will definitely use again in the future

Bee Quick Plumbing did a great job on unclogging our kitchen sink. I called to schedule a time, and they came the same day. The guys even came out 2 hours earlier than expected. The pipes were pretty bad with built up grease, and now the water goes down so fast. I had called other places for an estimate, and their cost was average. We will definitely use them again, since our pipes and filters need to be changed. It's a very old house.
