Halftime Bar & Grill

I've only had the ribs there, but my husband has had their burgers, pizza & Quesadillas, which he said was very good... We always go on Wednesday for ½ price ribs cause they are excellent... I've tried ribs in so many places after Twisted Moose closed up years ago & never found any place that even came close until I tried Halftime & now I'm addicted... I have to also say Daren is a great server & knows my order by heart now, even down to what I drink... 😊

I finally got the chance to stop in here. I drive by it everyday and the parking lot is always packed regardless of the weather. My husband and I enjoyed their $2 Miller drafts, 2 appetizers and a rib dinner. Generous portions for the price. It’s a little loud with many TVs and large groups but very lively and an overall good experience. We will be back.

Last night October 13 2023. My daughter got married at court house. I threw a reception for my daughter at hafe times. It was amazing customer service The owner was so reasonable on price. I recommend any one looking for a place to have a get together. I say hafe times.

Ordered the AllStar sandwich with tots and au jus plus a side of breaded mushrooms with ranch. So so good!! They did take longer to prepare my food. They kept my Dasher waiting. But the food is worth it. Just be prepared for your food to take longer than estimated.

Cozy atmosphere, incredible sevice by Ashley! Ribs, wings and salad were delicious. Not sure why there are olives on ceasar salad, in my opinion they don’t add to the flavor of salad however that is really minor comment, maybe some people like it that way. Dave was very attentive, checking if we needed anything as well as making sure there were no empty dishes or glasses on a table. I would highly recommend you to check this place out!

We have been here many, many times before. It’s a fun bar to go to. They have a large patio open on nice days. Volleyball on Tuesday nights in the summer is always fun to watch too. Service is good and fast. Food is good, especially pizza and wings. Typical bar type food is what you get here. We always enjoy it.

Great food and drink specials everyday with friendly staff can’t go wrong. A lot of TVs for sports!

We love sitting outside on their huge deck. Waitstaff is very friendly, the menu is simple and the food is very good. Every server we've met had an incredible attitude!

Food has always been good definitely has changed over the years. Would never order delivery (moslty beacause its always a hour wait) just pick it up. Service is mediocre unless you sit directly at the bar, but what do you expect when the business is expanding and no one wants to work there. Overall, I'm from johnsburg, so of course I'm going to be back, and half times will always be better than D.C. cobbs
