Francesca's Passaggio

I’ve never had a bad meal at any Francesca’s location and my first visit to Passaggio didn’t disappoint.

I was worried that we were taking our young children for dinner on a Saturday night but the staff was extremely nice to them. Our server Chris was great and kept great attention to us.

Our risotto con fagiolini appetizer was so delicious that I would order two of them next time. I also loved my fettuccine con aragosta from the specials menu. It was rich and had a nice kick at the end from the red chilies. my wife loved her penne con pollo e broccoli as well.

We had a coconut cake special for desert which was amazing. It was just the right amount of sweet and refreshing. One of my kids had the salted caramel gelato that was perfect. Rich and creamy just like you want it.

I highly recommend Francesca’s Passaggio and I know we will be back again.

Where do I start with the amazing Baby Shower we held this past Saturday?! Marc and his staff did everything they could to make our event spectacular. Rearranging and moving tables (AFTER they were decorated I might add), squeezing between tables, never letting a dirty plate stay, adjusting and readjusting the room temperature, carrying boxes and more. This team did all with a "yes we can do this" and a smile.

The food was delicious and plentiful! Unlimited fresh bread with the perfect flavored olive oil and parmesan cheese started our meal. The bruschetta, pasta with sausage and Chicken Limone had our guests raving! We served family style and were able to take home the leftovers to enjoy later in the evening.

Upon packing up to leave we discovered one of the cars had a flat. We went back in to ask if we could leave the car till the next day and they said of course, and asked if we preferred if they tried to change it. In the rain! Talk about going over and above for their customers!!

I highly recommend using Francesca's for any private event or for any meal! You will not be disappointed.

Went here with a larger group of girls for a night out. Our server was very attentive and friendly. My meal was delicious! I got the salmon and it was full of flavor! Overall very good experience.

Stopped by for just a cup of cappuccino while wife was getting a haircut next door. It was 11:30am on a blizzardly morning when they just opened. The GM, Marc, was great, even though I was only there for coffee. He kept me company for a bit, and didn't even charge me for the coffee when he found out I'm technically furloughed (even though I said they just passed the law for back-pay). 1. Good coffee. 2. Great service. 3. Fantastic atmosphere. Great restaurant, hope to be back for dinner soon.

This is my family's go to "let's have a good meal" restaurant. I have been to other Francesca's and they are not the same - this one is way better. I have never had a meal here that I did not like. Staff is friendly and accommodating. If you do not find something on the menu, they will make it for you. Dessert is delicious as well. Just always great !

We sat at the bar on a busy night and Christine took the best care of us! She was extremely busy with both the bar and tables but she did not miss a beat with anyone. We will definitely be back!!

A favorite. The best wood fire pizza I have ever had. Ever. All their pastas are fresh made and delicious.

I had a great time with my family there. Our table was full of a variety of foods. The waitress was observant to our table; when we were out of something or needed anything. The atmosphere was nice for us. The food was good. I ordered fish with chard greens, and it was good. I would order it again. But there were other dishes I would definitely try the next time I visit.

Food was wonderful! We had the spinach ravioli and linguini and shrimp. Wonderfully seasoned and so flavorful! Our wine was just as great! We were greeted by friendly and smiling hostesses when we arrived and Sam was so sweet when she sat us. Can't wait to come back!

I recently hosted a bridal shower at Francesca’s. They were very easy to work with and we had a wonderful day.
Food, as usual, was delicious. Miranda and Sam did an excellent job as our servers- they were courteous and hustled during the entire shower.

Francesca's Passaggio has been in the neighborhood for quite some time. They must be doing something right to have survived through the pandemic. We stopped in last night as we haven’t been there in awhile. The atmosphere was upbeat and had a good vibe in general. Our server Rich was over the top amazing with his knowledge of the menu and which items were gluten free. While caprese salad wasn’t on the menu, he was able to make it happen. The menu has been totally revamped since we were there last. I had the lamb sausage pasta which was one the best and unique entrees I’ve ever had. My wife and daughter’s dinners were excellent also. We’ll definitely be back soon.

We had an excellent dinner and fabulous service from Kimberly tonight. The salmon with lobster sauce was so delicious I wish I had a spoon to finish the sauce! Everyone loved their entrees and we will be back again!

The food and staff here is awesome! Troy was great. Do NOT leave without dessert. The chocolate banana tart is phenomenal. Thanks to the entire team for a fabulous dinner. I will definitely go back again soon.

I went by earlier to have a nice and enjoyable meal, and that’s exactly what I got, maybe more! My server Jackie made my visit so much fun, with her jokes, and quickness to answer any questions I had about a dish. Will definitely be asking for her next time I come by.

This restaurant was great! My chicken had the most delicious sauce. They kindly split my entree for me and my partner and there were constant refills! Highly recommend. The hostess Samantha was great!

Their food was fantastic aswell as the service. A women, Kristine was extremely friendly to us and made sure we were happy. The food runner we had, Ethan Heffernan was so polite and got our food to us super fast. He brought it over with a smile and was super sweet.

Service was amazing. First time there and was amazed of the food. Will definitely be back at this location.

Dinner for 12 last night (19 Feb 2022, including 5 kids, one gluten-sensitive diner) was wonderful. The food & drinks were good, but it was the great service that will stick out in my mind. With the chaos of a large group and kids swapping chairs the staff were attentive, accommodating, and just totally spot-on. Floor manager Troy and the waitstaff got every order to the person who ordered it without mix-up or having to auction off the plates and were the right amount of attentive; keeping glasses full and checking how we were doing without intruding. I could also see that the other diners around us were similarly well taken care of; a healthy waitstaff vibe of casual efficiency that other restaurants would envy. Big kudos to the entire team!

And from the second we were seated I knew it was going to be another great experience. The other guests were all smiles and enjoying there evening. Marc the manager even came around to see how everyone was doing. Love the wine selection. And never had a bad meal.
