Had to get a new battery and help purchasing items to bring my car up to the best standards, and Peyton and Brenden were so helpful!! There was no hesitation on their part to give the best suggestions for what I needed and they changed my battery so quickly! Highly recommend this store!!!

I had an important appointment and my battery light came on. I stopped in and Bri helped me to get set up with a new battery and to get it installed (all in about 10 minutes in the cold weather). Very happy with the service I received!

Jim L was helpful and kind. The store was short staffed and he was so patient while I decided which battery to get. He provided me with everything I needed to change the battery as well as tools to change the battery in the parking lot.

Called with an unusual problem, Brandon was more than helpful & even went beyond his means to help me.

I was quite more than "a little" annoyed when my "Next Day" delivery took two days; then my same-day delivery sent the wrong tools that was based on the exact vehicle recommendation on AutoZone's website. I've now wracked up $30+ in delivery fees to correct it. I understand technology/delivery is still at the stage of working out the kinks, but that is the cost of doing business and shouldn't added to MY bill. I'll address this separately w/corporate. The store manager, Bri, at the servicing location took the time to help me find the right combination of products/rentals and she came up with a plan to get them delivered to me QUICKLY. Bri's common-sense approach is quite refreshing and shined some calming light on an otherwise 1-star experience.

Had an issue with wipers for my Volkswagen, Bri C helped me right away. Took a look at the issue and directed me in the right way. She even walked out to my car to take a look. Great service. Thanks!

Ron, Payton and Kraft were absolutely amazing and helped me out in every way I’ve never been to a better AutoZone. Drive the extra 10 minutes to come to this location instead of Larkin.. the Plainfield AutoZone actually cares about the customer.

I was helped by a very professional and very knowledgeable young man by the name of Fabian. He went above and beyond to ensure I got the right part for my truck. During these trying times it is hard to find people who not only want to work, but to do it well. Thank you Fabian and your managers should be grateful to have you on staff.

Always convenient to stop in this location. I like that they have tools to rent, and are able to take my used oil that I have stored from oil changes. They always have items in stock and lots of staff to help with parts or questions.

Not busy at all. Very fast service. The female there was very helpful, was very knowledgeable about everything. Got everything I needed plus things I didn't need but got anyways. Will go back again. Great place.

Great customer service! I would like to give a special thanks to Joe. He is kind and super knowledgeable. I am a 16 year old boy and I don’t know anything about cars. He helped me replace my battery and explained it to me so I could understand. Joe is the best!

Stopped in for some brakes, Jessica was such a big help! Super friendly and very knowledgeable about what would be best for my car, and got everything i needed quickly.. She even helped me out to my car so I wouldn't have to make multiple trips. 10/10 would recommend this store.

A very nice employee named jack was a great help. I was looking for windshield wipers and he helped me get the correct ones and also put them on for me. Great customer service.

I stopped in the other day for some wiper blades and Bree the manager on duty was such a big help. She made sure to help me find the correct size for my car and then she even put them on for me. This location is by far my favorite in the area. I will only shop here for all my car needs.

I had bought a new car and the headlight went out. Meaghan helped me find it and she was so kind and so sweet then i wanted to look for a new radio to buy and angel happened to be there and helped me find a gokd radio to put in my car. The only downside is was brie she was kind of rude and disrespectful and i didn't care for her at all

My car died at the gas station by this autozone and the store manager was awesome. I called and asked if someone can help push my car into their lot and she sent her employees to help push me. 100/10
