JOANN Fabric and Crafts

This store is so nice organized and clean, soon as you come in to the right side wall all the fabric was so nice organized. I loved the colors so I had to do a picture. Employees were very nice and helpful. I wish there were more selections on the paper crafting aisle but all stores are different.

My experience here was really great. I was in search of fabric for a pontoon. Once there a helpful customer service representative (Rhylee), walked me threw all I needed to make my project a success. Will definitely be back! Thank you, Rhylee.

I skip my nearest Joann's and drive farther to go to this location every time! The fabric selection here is huge and they always have a good stock compared to others. The staff is also friendly with me and my toddlers and they don't seem as miserable as at other locations. Overall great store with great staff

I went in today to get my first sewing machine. I needed help finding a certain one and asked an employee, who ended up being the manager, and was met with the most snippy response and unwillingness to help due to her being too busy which we didn’t find out till we were about to check out. Would have been more professional to say she’d be with me in a minute and waited my turn rather than dismissing me, and never returning to help me. Fortunately for me another employee, Mickie was more than helpful! She took the time to look up the machines for me, show me where they are, tell me things I need to help get my first project started. She showed me about the thread, cut my fabric up and gave me coupon at checkout. She made the experience much better!!

I go there frequently and I love the staff. They all know me and say hi and are very friendly. I absolutely love the manager. She is always working very hard in the store but takes time to help me and chat. Love the fact that you can use both printed and online coupons. The app is great and the coupons that are texted to your phone are great. Love the new fabric section lots of pretty fabric at great prices.

The employees here are the best of the best. They're very knowledgeable and friendly, always try to help me get remnant discounts (I buy a LOT by saying, "Just gimme whatever's left!"), and remember me by name even when I'm not there too often anymore. Cannot recommend them enough, especially if you're a beginner!

Quickly found all the supplies we needed to recover a motorcycle seat and for far less than expected. Friendly & quickly helpful staff and most importantly, well organized well-stocked shop! Thank You for being there for us on a Sunday!

The customer service I received from Lisa at both the cutting counter and check out was amazing. She was so patient and went out of her way to help me decide what measurements we needed to cut the fabric. She answered all my questions about the fabric and then some. She was phenomenal and it's by far the best service I have ever received at a Joann's and I shop at several Joann stores several times a week for my handmade crochet business.

Staff is super friendly and has been so helpful with curbside pickup. Had several returns to do after the store was closed temporarily and they were just awesome about it. It felt great to shop around a bit to today! They even had the right red fleece that I needed!

I love the staff and selections. I always appreciate how helpful and knowledgeable the staff is. I especially want to say a big big thank you to Lisa at the McHenry location. She is AMAZING! Lisa helps me with any questions I have and gives advice on how to do things for a beginner like myself to understand.

While I may not go here all the time, when ever I am in the area I will make sure to check it out. They not only have good deals on many different items but they have great staff. Special shoutout to a worker named Rylee for helping me find what I wanted.

I was at the Joann in McHenry on June 27th around 12pm. It was a wonderful experience. The store was so clean and everyone was so friendly . Shirley went above and beyond in helping me get my fabric cut and checking out. She was extreamly nice and helpful. I have not had a single bad experience at this store. Its always great!

Came into the store with multiple questions for the Fabric center, Mickie & Shelia were very helpful. Mickie went out of her way to get me the measurements and the fabric I needed even though her store didn't have it in stock. Great customer service.

This is one of the nicer Joann's in my area. Friendly staff. Wish the yarn section had a much better variety but they make up with the clearance section

Found some really nice fleece to make my daughter a new blanket for her new bed. The cashier turned me on to the app, which saved me 30% off one of the fabrics I chose which is always a good thing!

They lived up to their name, they had both fabrics and crafts. The lovely people who work there did a great job with my online order having it ready for me.

Had lots of varaty in stock and always have good coupons and sale love coming here for all my projects.
