Best Buy is a great store if your looking for anything electronic that’s not online. It’s a different experience to actually touch and look at the actual product so you can get a feel if it’s the right one for you.

The employees are always so friendly and very knowledgeable no matter which department you go too. I also appreciate how they keep the bathrooms clean for their customers.

The store is always well organized and clear so you won’t have any issues accidentally bumping into anything. Overall it’s a great store 🏬. 🌟🎮

Knowledgeable staff. Helped me decide on the make and model TV to buy. Had a lot of knowledge about features and steered me to the right one for me. Very happy with the picture. Brick and mortar stores are still the best option when buying large items like TV’s

Best buy associates are always so friendly and helpful. Whenever I go in there, I already know what I am looking for, and I usually have a few questions about it as well. I will say, they are knowledgeable about their product. I Love that many of their appliances, phones, and speakers are on display and you can See and Feel the product before making such a big purchase. It is definitely worth getting a credit card there (especially if you own a home) So far, i have financed and paid off a dryer, refrigerator, and a stove as they have needed replaced. It was a life saver having this option. Best buy can be a little pricier than online options, but having a brick and mortar company to walk into and their customer service availability and helpfulness is Worth It 100%.

Great deal on the LG G3 65" OLED TV. It was available on time as scheduled. The staff also helped me get a kit of mounting screws and spacers. I would need to mount it on my existing MM540 mount.

It's too bad that they can't hire people that are more knowledgeable in specific products, I had to return a product twice because I was given 5he wrong item. I ended up going online to buy the product, a missed sale for Bust Buy

Rich, in the appliance dep, was extremely helpful and courteous. Had a great buying experience from this location. Would DEFINITELY come back for future purchases. Great atmosphere and attentive service.

This is a big and well run Best Buy. They have a good inventory and will price match most local retailers as well as Amazon and other major online retailers. The staff here always seems knowledgeable.

You can get an extra 5% back in rewards points if you're a member of the Best Buy Rewards Club. It's free to join with no fees. You can get another 5% back if you use a Best Buy Visa card and usually an extra discount on your first purchase. So you can often end up 10% below Amazon or the best price you find elsewhere. If they don't have it in stock will bring it in to the store for pickup with no shipping charge.

Everyone very nice there. Ok! There is also a very beautiful customer service representative that works there also.. oh, to be 25 again..

This store goes way beyond, by always checking inventory on their devices when shopping inside the store. Online orders are always collected and ready to go (pickup)!!!

I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised and pleased with Best Buy. Considering they are probably getting clobbered by online retailers, Best Buy I think has really stepped up their game as far as customer service and offering repairs, and they always have floor model deals, their website is top notch, and they do a good job with competing with the online retailers.

The service and knowledge of all the associates is incredible they are very smart help you out they have a large selection the curbside service is fast

I came in to buy my husband’s birthday gift and the woman working there was a great help! The space is HUGE and very well organized. The staff is friendly and answered all my questions. Everything was very clean and well stocked! Great location!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in and given directions to what I was looking for. As soon as I got to the area, an employee helped me answering questions and helped me get what I needed for checkout. The checkout was fast and efficient.

The staff is so kind. I always go in because I like to look at the keyboards and hear how they sound and feel . The staff members explained all the cool features and the differences between the switches and their personal preferences. I like how they could tell me the sounds they liked to hear best and could go into detail about custom keyboards because I've been watching a lot of videos on them lately and the staff share all the cool knowledge about it. I really like this store they have so many cool things to look at. Being the big nerd I am. This store is friggen cool.
