I love JCP!!! Love shopping here. They have good deals and a good selection for Big and Tall sizes.

Only knock I have is they changed their Arizona jeans look and feel and now I have to buy Levi’s instead. I’ve been buying Arizona jeans for over 30 years for the look and feel because they have been the same. I’d buy 2-3 pairs at a time and they would last for several years and then I’d do it all over again buying 2-3 pairs several years later. I wish they would go back to their old way since I loved them much more than Levi’s. They had a great brand with Arizona jeans that were priced reasonably. Much less expensive than overpriced Levi’s.

Great store my favorite place to get clothes. I went to macys first only because I got 25 dollar gift card, only to find that stupid macys got rid of their plus size department altogether so I left and went to jcpenney. Got 4 pants and a top all priced under 10 dollars in Clerance department. I will recommend jcpenney to everyone. Just do not shop at overpriced macys ever. Jcpenney you rock. Thanks for having a plus size section

I came in on 10/09/2021 and I picked up an item I purchased online. Doug was working the pickup area and even though it was a fast transaction, he was beyond helpful and very pleasant! I like this store. It is very clean and well organized. Fall fashions have arrived along with all the accessories. They have been having some really good sales go & check them out.

Well we were shopping in the men's suit section and a sales lady Anita helped us immensely get a suit for a young man for graduation we appreciated her help

The sales representative was able to fully explain a selection of options because they did not have exactly what we were seeking. She was very polite, knowledgeable and was patient as we were deciding on what we were purchasing. Overall great experience due to her professionalism.

I bought a shirt and slacks here. Carmen was extremely helpful. She assisted me for over an hour trying to find reduced price items for me. She was very thoughtful and had a knack for style. I'm on my way to buy more clothing for work. Thanks Carmen.

Great place for best price.

Well it's a great place to shop , they have beautiful clothes there . If you have the money . That's the place to shop. But really I wont pay$30 for a top, if you have the money that's the place to go . They do have nice things and the service there they are nice and atmosphere is good .. I go with my daughter she buys clothes for her kids. It's ok if you can afford it ... sorry I tell it as it is.

Overall Love the store, more selection of the big and tall merchandise than I have seen at other stores, as long as J.C.Penney never closes this store down I will intend to make this store my 1st for my home-can increase the Chicago White Sox merchandise a little more in the sports apparel department. The clearance rack department selection, keep continuing with that, awesome deals to be found!

JCP still has the beat coupons and rewards program out there. Unlike Kohls, I feel like I don't have restrictions when I use their coupons. I can buy things that are marked down, sale items, seasonal items....and I'm not pressured to spend more only to return to spend more within a few days. I bought my 10 year oldest winter coat, gloves, 2 pairs of fleece pj pants, and a wet brush detangler for $50. I can always find husky sizes too! Love JCP. I have a 21 year old, 17, 16 and 10 year old. I can always find them clothes here and acessories.

Took family photos in their portrait studio and the photographer was amazing handling my little 2 1/2 year old niece. Pictures came out beautiful!

For reasonably priced quality products and great customer service, JCPenny is unbeatable. Clean orderly stores. Returns are easy and straightforward unlike Kohl's and Macy's. Keep up the good work and don't get too big for your britches like some stores tend to do. Online ordering is simple and hassle free too.
