This is just about the friendliest Old Navy you will ever step foot into in the Northwest Suburbs. If you aren't greeted, it's because it's Black Friday or Flip Flop day or some other event. This store's priority is to make you feel welcome and I've never felt more at ease in a retail establishment. The merchandise is ALWAYS well organized, the store is clean, and the staff will always be 100% helpful finding you the best fit, look or size. They are truly invested in their customers and it shows.

Lived here 4 years and went in for the first time on black Friday as I couldn't resist their deals. Very clean store and all of the employees were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Love going to Old Navy. Have their ccrd, which I use all the time. I just bought clothes for my grand daughter and didn't spend a cent, as I used all the rewards I earned from using the O N crd.

I LOVED that there were a couple store workers there that were older (as in not high school or college age) she helped me pick put a pair of "mom Jean's and understood my struggle.
