If you are unloading at LEGO, go to door U on the other side of the bldg. They start receiving at 6:30 am. Checked in put me on a door started unloading done in under 30 min. Drivers license, trailer number and truck number required to get unloaded

I had a pickup at Red Bull and was directed to man door E which is on the west side of the building. I parked near the door next to the car lot I went in and showed my license and filled out some paperwork with both appointment numbers I was given by the broker. I was immediately given a door. The backing looked difficult but it was actually easy. About 30 minutes later the forklift driver removed my red airline and asked if I wanted to assist her load the trailer. I went in and removed the plywood from the pallets before she put them in the trailer. Honestly it seems like helping them makes the process go a lot faster and it gives you the opportunity to secure your load on the dock. I was in and out in about an hour. Don't be lazy... help the forklift driver load your trailer. It will help you also.

Great Place, Arrived a little early Employees entrance door F, sign then directed me to my check in location door E, went in was given a loading door to back to. Came out about 35 minutes later with paperwork . Friendly Staff. Bathrooms are at door F aswell as a soda machine, etc.

Overnight parking is available. Restroom door F. That’s all you need to know friends. Once you get a door they will unload/load you quickly.

This places is always a bit busy but there are far worse places. Backing in isn't that bad and they come get you when you start loading. You go inside, fill out some paperwork and then take the plywood off the pallets as they load them. Don't be lazy it's not that bad.

Arrived almost 2 hours early, was out in less than an hour. They do take lunch from 11:00-11:30, and shut down at that time.

The claims of incorrect appointment times are given by misguided drivers. No appointment times have ever been given at 6am. If you don't come with a correct pick up number, not the companies fault. It's your dispatches fault. Warehouse is very well managed and all carriers that come with proper documentation and P.O. numbers will be taken care of as scheduled if not sooner.

Multi account building, carriers need to be informed of what they are picking up, and for what customer they are picking up for.

Deliveries are on the door *S* … Door opens 6am. Overnight parking is available… in nd out in just 37 mins

Overnight parking avaialble in lot on west side. Know dock number you are delivering to . Fast unloading . In and out in 30 minutes. Washroom available on west side of building.

This place was great, I had a load to pick up and Victoria was real friendly she checked me in and explained what I needed, Rochelle was very polite she loaded my truck really fast and even showed me how to secure the load, Rochelle got me in and out so I could be off to deliver. Thank you!

Probably one the best forklift operators at this Geordi’s faculty Miss Rosalyn is always is in the zone getting drivers in and out on time at their appointment. Needless to say that whole team is awesome but just wanted to recognize a single employee this time. Thank you Rosalyn for all that you do for us.

There are several companies at this address (see attached photo). I had a pickup in TLS America (door M). Loading within 1 hour.

A lot of times I had pick up and deliveries here. They know what they are doing, in and out in one hour.

In door F it sas it all. Was getting loaded in door E 1.5 hrs average time.

Appt 2pm Sunday backed in 1:45 started loading right away
