AT&T Store

I cannot begin to say how thankful I was for Chris's help getting my email back up and running! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable...and very patient in teaching me! I appreciate AT&T so much!😊

Went in yesterday for a new phone. Chris was SO helpful with getting a new plan and set up. Not to mention how awesomely they handled the crowd that came in after me with just two people. They were very personable and made the whole process very smooth. Great customer service! Have never felt like a phone company was actually trying to help me until these guys and that’s thanks to their service. 10/10

I decided to go back to this store after a very bad customer service experience this past summer. Happy I did. Chris greated me within seconds of walking in. I was in & out in a short time with a couple purchases. New phone set up & explained perfectly. Hopefully this is a trend. Thanks Chris!

On 9/28th we were at this store at 10 am. Chris warmly welcomed us and introduced Manny. We had IPhone 7’s and wanted to trade them in for iPhone 15. Chris was patient, clearly explaining options for our situation. Our phones were too old to trade in. Technology was changed to 5G which meant we also needed to buy blocks, cords, etc. and different contract. He spent many hours with us while clearly explaining things we needed to understand to make selections for purchase. It was amazing how well Manny and Chris worked together to handle effectively and efficiently the many people who walked in and needed their services. Our experience with Chris was outstanding. He methodically handled our issues throughly including some needed training on “how to’s” and offered to help us with future questions or training. Thank you for meeting and exceeding our expectations.

I walked into the store 23min after they had closed, without knowing they were closed. I was greeted by both managers and assisted immediately. Chris and his co-manager went above and beyond to make sure I walked out of the store with a new phone in hand. They were friendly and worked together to find a solution.

Emmanuel went above and beyond to help my 82 year old father set up his cellular watch. This was not part of his normal job responsibilities, but he was very willing and engaged to help us speak with the AT&T service rep and to resolve the cellular issue. He was patient and friendly during the the whole process! We were grateful he was there!

They did really well with their service to me. They were very nice and knowledgeable. And they actually had really great deals with getting new phones. And aslo trading in to getting a new phone. They sometimes even help you out with your phone plan. For example changeing you to a phone that requires less money and is a better deal. Which is awesome and honesty great and helpful. And the people at these places are very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get a brand new phone and good service. And to people who are looking for a great AT&T building with nice approachable people.

My boyfriend, Michael, & I just switched to AT&T from Sprint. Damian provided us with excellent customer service! He was very friendly, professional, & knowledgeable. We left with all of our questions answered. We are already highly satisfied customers. If anyone has any questions, ask for Damian. Thank you again! 😊

I had the pleasure of meeting Nik who helped me back up my old phone and get a new one. Due to my own lack of knowledge this took me quite a few hours and Nik was so patient and friendly throughout the process. He got me a great deal on accessories and answered my endless amount of questions. Him and the entire staff made my time there great. Would highly recommend this store!

I got great service at this store. I could not get the keyboard to work properly and had been told in the past to call tech support. Nick fixed it right and quick. So glad he took the time to look at it. 😊

Had the pleasure of having Jazmin assisit me with programming my ipad. While reviewing my account she realized I was being over charged on my monthly bill. I've had numerous employees look at my account and not one of them ever caught that! It's great to work with people who truly love there job and are really there to help the customer. Thanks Jazmin

Today I went into AT&T and was assisted by Damian. He was truly patient and provided the bus customer service that anybody could ask from a telephone company. I will definitely be keeping my business with the AT&T here in Romeoville

We have just switched to this provider. The women, Jenelli & Maxine have been beyond helpful and patient throughout this process. We would recommend asking for either of them if you head there. Thanks ladies!!
