Only have been to the Landmark twice, but both times have been wonderful. The menu is split with an "indoor"and an "outdoor" offering. I have not tried the outdoor menu since most of the items are barbeque type foods that do not interest me. But the indoor dining is casual upscale and delicious. Their specials are always changing and have not been disappointed yet. All the food came out piping hot and fresh and the service was very helpful and correctly paced. Can't wait to go back and see what else they will have on the specials menu.

Dinner was excellent. Waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable. Atmosphere charming since it is set in an old victorian house. Can't wait for another trip to Maine to go again.

Very tasty food and friendly service. I recommend the tenderloin on the early dinner special. Don’t tell anyone, but they gave us extra bread. Would come here again!

This was our favorite restaurant in our recent trip to New England. The food was absolutely perfect, and the very comfortable, cozy setting was also a plus.
The owners and staff were very welcoming and friendly...Highly recommended!

great food and experience! our waitress robin was nice and very helpful when choosing what to eat! the hostess made great conversation and made the place feel like home. highly recommend, a great calm restaurant compared to the hustle and bustle of that busy town. i recommend getting the salmon for an entree, it was to die for. the goat cheese appetizer was very tasty as well. they put wine pairings for every meal on the menu, all the dishes seemed to have a lot of thought put into them, all the tastes tied together.

Wonderful restaurant. The staff was very kind and attentive to us.
We had the lobster stew...great, creamy with large chunks of lobster.
The baked Haddock was excellent. I especially enjoyed the sides of veggies and Jasmine Rice.
The Mediterranean Pasta was superb. With large shrimp and many vegetables.
This is definitely a place I will visit again if I am ever in the area.

The Landmark Restaurant is located a few minutes walk from Old Orchard Beach Pier. A quaint Victorian home with a patio on the side offers the choice of inside or outside seating. With a 5:00 reservation our party of 10 was seated inside right on time.
The staff was very attentive and patient with our chatty group while serving drinks and appetizers and taking our order.
There was a variety of choices, and everyone including the 2 children found something they liked.
I was most pleased with the baked fish (cooked perfectly) with mashed potato and a mixed vegetable. For dessert I chose the chocolate terrine with raspberry sauce and whipped cream all home made and delicious.
I can’t wait to return and definitely recommend the Landmark to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in Old Orchard Beach.

Always a great experience . The area was very busy as a lot of restaurants
have closed for the season. We have been coming here for a few years and
love the place. Victorian home and well decorated. Owner is so pleasant and always goes above board. We had to wait 35 minutes tonight. We knew that as we got there at peak time. Had a wonderful meal. I had the duck
which is so good my wife had a steak. A couple days ago we had the mahi mahi and the salmon. outstanding food. We just love the place.
In the summer we ate outside and it was also wonderful. We are here for a week an we will be back at the Landmark again on Sunday night,

Cool old house that has been partially converted into a restaurant.

The feel inside makes you think that you need to dress up, however the staff treated every one alike, regardless of attire.

They have some really nice house cocktails. The Maine Blueberry one was my favorite.

Of course they have lobster. I'm trying to convince my friend to eat one. He's looking forward to it, but said it was good to watch someone else eat one first so he would know how (I may still be messing up the proper consumption of lobster bc I'm a 90s city kid, but I do get as much meat as possible out of one. Perhaps I'm trending in the right direction). I got the lobster and my friend got the pretzel breaded fish, which was also amazing.

Great bread that is freshly made. Nice wine list. Friendly staff. Cool historical site. Not much else a person could want!

Had reservations for 5:30. Showed up at 5:00 and was accommodated. Sat us at our table and brought us water right away. Placed our order for drinks and had them withoa few minutes. Orderd our appetizer and while waiting the waitress brought us some very yummy warm bread with butter. Placed our order for our meals and took maybe 10-15 min which was perfect. Waitress was very polite and quick. They did not rush us. Price and quality was spot on. We will recommend and return.

One of THE best places for a five star sit down meal. Every time we come out the Landmark is a must visit. David there makes us feel welcome each time we come back. 👏👏👏👏👏

What a wonderful night we had! We were a group of 8 women...7 separate checks! Our waitress could not have been more accommodating. Our meals were all delicious and we loved everything! The owner and the chef paid our table a visit which was the icing on the cake of a fabulous experience!

Such a wonderful dinner celebrating a friend’s birthday! The food was amazing from the appetizers to dessert. I had the Parmesan Scallops - cooked to perfection and the portion was surprisingly big. Yum! Robyn, our waitress was so fun and attentive. Definitely going back!

My husband and I have been going to this restaurant for quite some time!! It is one of the best in OOB. They have a great menu, but one of my favorites is the Mediterranean Pasta!! You can’t go wrong😊 And you can top it with either shrimp, scallops, haddock or chicken. The best. And very reasonable in price. Try it, you will be so glad you did😊

We came here as a party of 11 for a girl’s weekend.
They were very busy!
The service was attentive.
The caesar salad was the best I’ve ever had.
The cocktails were strong.
All of the food was hot and fresh!
Definitely recommend.

This was our first visit to Landmark. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The people working here are so personable and friendly. The waitress was wonderful and we even got to talk to the owner at the end of the night. They treat you like family here. Of course the best part was the food! I had a Caesar salad to start and it was served ice cold, delicious and not overly dressed. Bread came out hot and crispy. Good attention to detail. My main entree I ordered was the coconut Mahi Mahi. It was cooked to perfection with perfectly toasted coconut on the outside and a creamy coconut sauce to die for! We split the pumpkin cheesecake for dessert and wished we had ordered two! So delicious! We will definitely be back. Such an enjoyable night! Thank you Landmark!

Food fantastic ‼ Service impeccable‼ atmosphere outstanding‼
My wife and daughter had fresh lobster and I had haddock, all of which were just incredibly good. The dessert menu is good as the dinner menu…….. The pumpkin and blueberry cheesecake was ‘to die for’……
The Landmark Restaurant is an excellent example white tablecloth fine dining at its best……in Old Orchard Beach or ,in fact, the entire state of Maine‼
This restaurant is a must visit when you are in the area.

2021 Update: Nothing has changed, the food is still excellent as well as the service. Worth noting is you'll want to make a reservation otherwise you may wait quite a while for a table!

Excellent food and great service! Their early bird special are a great deal, the mussels are especially good! I visit Old Orchard every summer and almost always stop here for dinner.

Just had the most fantastic and romantic dinner here! Our waitress was excellent - a real feat in the post-Covid era. Excellent food, great knowledge of food and wine lists - lovely ambience in a beautiful setting. Very enjoyable and romantic evening without the kids!
