Ok so, I was at this location in allegan. I got there a few minutes after they had opened. Waited like 5-8 min before being asked if I was ready to place my order. The dude was not havin it this morning, grumpy. The grill was not working so they had to steam out breakfast burritos and wraps. I was really annoyed. But the food was still good.

Great staff today for my lunch. The team was on it and the food was very satisfying.

This Taco Bell is still open late into the night, so it’s been a lifesaver when I’ve been traveling on M-40 late at night. They’ve always gotten my order right and the staff seems cheery despite the late hour. It’s just a good example of what Taco Bell restaurants should be.

I love the Mexican pizza that's what I always get and I'm never disappointed

I don't eat a lot of fast food, but when I do this place is the best! Friendly and incredibly fast service, and good food at reasonable prices are just a few of the good qualities of the Allegan Taco Bell. Another reason we choose this location is that they are open until 1 AM, perfect for late night dinners when we are traveling, or just running errands. I mean, doesn't everybody eat dinner at 1 AM?

Order went in too early by mistake and the employees were kind enough to remake it for me as it had already sat out for 20 minutes.

I super appreciate it guys. I panicked when I got the notification that it was ready for pickup before I had even left the house.

Usually I don't leave a high review for fast food but it was honestly a great experience. Props to the young lady on drive thru - she was so nice and helpful. I visited on a Thursday night around 830-9. Also very fast service.

They always do go for me with their vegetarian menu and my food allergies

I've been here 3 times and each trip so far has been a pleasant experience. The dining area is small but it has been clean on each trip. They have never messed up my order and each employee Ive dealt with has been nice amd cheerful.

Here on 12/3/18 Not sure if there was a management change or not. But this was by far the best service I've every received for a fast food establishment. I had Bryan or Brian helping me. Didn't get his name exactly. He was wearing a taco bell jacket. So his name was covered and had to ask for it. He was fast to the point and very respectful. Everything was a yes or no sir. They were having problems with the debit system. And he walked me through every single step. Even though he didn't need to. My order although simple was correct in every way. Called the management at the time. And told them how awesome he was. Also went to the website and filled out the survey on it. By far the best experience I've had at any fast food place I've ever had. Will be back to see if it continues.

Was here again on 1/25/17. Took them 14 minutes to make 10 soft tacos. No special order of any kind. And I was the only person in line or waiting in the dining room.

Nice people, very very slow service. Jade was friendly to chat with. Kept us entertained well the waited 13 minutes for 5 tacos and a Cinnabon order.

This is the best tacobell location ive ever been to ive never had an issue with my order and the staff has always been extremely professional and very helpful and friendly. Best fast food in Allegan by far! ❤👍

I love eating here! Super easy to eat vegan, and they staff remembers my husband and I and our preferences(fresco style, no dairy, and no straws in our drinks). Friendly staff and little to no wait.
