West Grand Market

I’d highly recommend this as the first stop after arriving to stock up on things that are hard to bring. Stopped in to get souvenirs and was pleasantly surprised. They had items that other places didn’t. We also also grabbed a couple cheap bottles of wine, snacks, and some orange juice for breakfast.

Sweet shop run by lovely people.

Prices match the competition. Very friendly staff!

Little bit if everything in here. Half general store, half gift shop. I went in looking for a UV shirt and a book for my daughter. Found the UV shirt, but no books. My daughter did find yet another stuffed animal for her collection. :-P

Not as good as 7Eleven but they have VERY NICE employees

Got the lobster roll for $26, it was ok.

Most convenient store to Waves Hotel. Actually I think the store is affiliated with Waves.
I found the store during my stroll. I said through the front door, " I dont have a mask!" An older woman (58-60's maybe handed me a mask. The store was clean and prices for beach stuff was reasonably priced. I told the woman I would be back to buy things.
I came back at 3 for icecream with 3 young girls. The young blonde woman (who said she worked there for 6 years) seemed abrasive as she asked each girl if they wanted a cup or cone. She seemed angry and yelled her questions
1 of their girls found a hair in her icecream so my neighbor returned it. The clerk was angrily flailing her arms and arguing with the customer.
As I said, nice store. This clerk needs a talking to about her approach in making people feel unwelcomed.

Terrible service, zero communication that our simple order would take 45 minutes. Employees were apathetic or rude, no update on the status of the order, no apology or thanks for our patience.

If you plan on ordering cooked food you’ll have to wait FOREVER for it. Fried food doesn’t take 1 hour cook. Should be ashamed to make a family wait that long!!

Refused to sell me deli meat because they were saving it for sandwiches. Meanwhile the case had multiple meats sold by the pound.

Ok, waited around for ten minutes for someone to ask - can I help you. Yes, I want some ice cream. Nope, helped the ladies who came in after me, didn't look up so I left and owner made eye contact with me three times. Go some place else
