Amazing work on replacing my rear Bumper. Vince and his awesome staff not only took care of my bumper but they cleaned the entire vehicle making my car look brand new again. Vince is an Eagle in a world filled with ducks and I highly recommend him for all of your vehicle collision and cosmetic needs. I would highly recommend going to see Dennis Barrera at Suburban Toyota in Troy. Dennis is an Eagle too and he will go above and beyond for every customer and that is why I would never purchase a car from anyone else but Dennis. Vince and Dennis are the very best. Suburban Collision of Ferndale did an excellent job in repairing a dent and repainting the panel on my Subaru WRX.

I asked a friend where I should take my truck to get repaired from a minor accident. He recommended I go to Vince at Suburban. Simply put … I have NEVER experienced better service or quality in my life! I don’t write reviews, but I had to make an exception this time. Kory and Vince are beyond professional. Always kept me up to date with my car. Received emails and calls several times throughout the process. Had front end damage (hood, wheels, lights). Beautiful job. Got my car back within 3-4 weeks.

After my car was vandalized in Detroit I went in to fix my broken window and damaged door. Kory Kennedy greeted me and explained with excellent detail the damage that was done and the turn around time. Together him and his team got me back on the road faster than quoted and I was able to get back to work with no worries. If it wasn’t for the professionalism and skill I would have missed on several days of work. Super thankful and super impressed with the quality I received!

Don Owens was the customer rep and is a delightful man to work with. He is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. He helps to make a difficult situation ( vehicle damage ) much easier to cope with. The shop did a fine job of repairing my GMC pickup truck and returned it to me shiny and clean inside and out. I hope not to need their service in the future, but if I do, I would gladly return. I also would recommend the shop to anyone needing repair work on their vehicle.

Great service from the first phone call to the end of our business transaction. They helped with our many questions about insurance and accident reports . Excellent service from start to finish. I've never had to have body repair work on my 2005 Honda Element until this year and I had to have it serviced twice within a 4 month period. Both experiences exceeded my expectations. Damage Consultant Dave Rozenboom, Manager Vince Persichetti, and the office manager, Jodi (I apologize for not being sure of her name), and the mechanics that did the work made sure my experience was seemless. Great service, got in and out fast. The staff was very respectable and Kory Kennedy was especially helpful as he made sure I was taken care of and all of my needs were met. The quote was the right price with the most reasonable estimate of hours. When I picked up my vehicle, it looked back to showroom new. I couldn't believe how amazing it looked and perfect. I'm so happy to have my ride back to pristine condition.
