The Blue Wagyu at Yankee Springs Golf Course

This place was a great find for us. Fantastic food, service and setting. Loved everything about this place and they accommodated a large group for us.

Six of us dined at The Blue Waygu last Saturday night and as usual the food was delicious!! Some our favorites items included the Reuben, Steak Salad and the burgers are amazing. The service was great and spot on with Alex as our waitress, the entire staff is very friendly !! We love this place !!

VERY GOOD!!! I ordered the Ribeye and the knife was optional, So Tender!! One of the best steaks I ever had. Went great with my Smoked Old Fashioned. We will be back.

Hosted an 80th birthday party in one of their event rooms! It was a wonderful evening and the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was great. Sherry and Bethanie were in the event room with us all evening to make sure everything was taken care of. They were professional, pleasant and prompt. The food was good, the service was outstanding and the room itself was perfect for our needs.

Excellent food and service. Great menu from burgers, sandwiches to grilled shrimp. A salad bar. Loved our drinks too-Smoky Old Fashioned. We will definitely return.

They were very busy, every table full, and several large holiday parties, including our own. They were staffed to handle though and our service and speed to get our food was outstanding. Everyone's food came as it was ordered. The steaks were perfect temps and so amazingly juicy and flavorful! The new owners have knocked it of the park and made this a fantastic place to come for a fine dining experience! Highly recommended!!

We went with a huge group and had excellent and prompt service. No one had to sit and wait for anyone else to get their food, as usually happens in a large crowd. All meals were excellent. The meatloaf was pure meat and huge, the portabella mushroom dinner was excellent, salad bar is great, especially the potato salad! People even raved about their French fries. The apple pie ice cream desert was fabulous! Will definitely go again. (Don’t forget your to go food because they will pitch it before you get to the door. We forgot ours, went back before I could even get out the door, and was told it was already thrown out. I felt sick because we never ate a bite of it as we were too full from the salad bar. Our mistake though, not theirs)

We only live 5 miles away. Can’t believe we hadn’t fined here yet. Busy place. Great service. Steak was phenomenal as was my veal chop. Great salad bar (who does that anymore?). And service was exceptional. We’ll be back many times. Can’t wait to eat on the patio outside.
Reminds me of the old fashioned supper club experience - great food in the middle of nowhere.

Love eating here and very close buy as well. Steaks are delicious and so is everything else! And…they make Poutine!

Last minute decision to go here. I had never heard of it but my kids live in Holland and Grand Rapids so we met in the middle. Oh my goodness what a pleasant experience. Food was delicious and timed perfectly! Our waitress, Mia, was incredibly sweet and just made our night! We liked the pictures of the old farm that was once there. Never have written a review before. Perfect 31st anniversary

We had an amazing experience dining at the blue wagyu tonight. From the host, to bar tender, to manager, to server the friendliness and attentiveness was top notch. We lucked out and had a light snow fall while dining in the igloos. The food was amazing too with a salad bar that had a ton of great side salads all while being fresh. We will be back!

Awesome place. Great remodel! Great staff! Food was perfect. Keeping the Salad bar is a great idea, hard to find that option anymore. Highly recommended!!! We will be back! Can’t wait until summer when the outdoor deck is open!

Not enough stars for this wonderful restaurant. Decor beautiful, our waitress,Dana very helpful and attentive. Super great salad bar without preservative on the lettuce. Many main dish items to choose from.My daughter had the beef pot roast. I had the smootherd chicken. I bet in day light the outside looks very nice. IT IS A DRIVE BUT WELL WORTH IT.

Took my mother and children to The Blue Wagyu. Got the cheese/fish/meat platter for myself and a glass of wine. Kids each got Blue cut steaks. They stated they couldn't eat a steak anywhere else anymore. The taste was great and nothing compared. I tested the steak give it 5 stars "melts in your mouth". the wine platter was great, Smoked Salmon, steak pieces, olives, bread, crackers, hummus and other dips. Perfection. Was a great Birthday dinner.

The food is great. Owner is always available and ensuring a great customer experience. The servers are attentive and friendly. The views are outstanding. We are so glad that you are open again!

We had the mushroom brushetta as an appetizer and it was one of the best appetizers I've ever had. Looking forward to coming back and exploring more of the menu.

Karen our server was amazing! The food was outstanding! We had a burger and the veal, it was delicious. The salad bar was fresh and the lettuce was crisp. Highly recommend this restaurant. Nicely redecorated!

We dined as a family in the Blue Wagyu igloo today and it was a great experience in every way. Our server, Tracy, was delightful and attentive, the food was excellent and reasonably priced, and the igloo was a fun and unique experience. I never do recommendations but I will make an exception for this - it was wonderful!

Great food! The remodel looks amazing. The atmosphere was fantastic. Busy, but we were served quickly. I definitely recommend the Filet cooked medium rare!
