An absolute gem! My husband and I spent two nights here on our trip up the midcoast of Maine and this was far and away our favorite place we stayed. The view from our room was incomparable and the breakfasts were divine. The innkeeper is a gracious host and made sure our stay was positively lovely. I highly recommend Coveside!

Bob was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable from the start. It's a very warm and cozy place. Overlooking the cove just made the stay more relaxing and stress free. We looked forward to being served breakfast every morning which was delicious! I, personally looked forward to his presentation of the tables every morning. Always so bright and cheerful!!!
Great location. I'm thinking it's a must for next year.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Coveside Inn Bed and Breakfast in charming Georgetown, Maine, and we couldn't have asked for a better getaway.

The location of Coveside Inn is simply breathtaking. Nestled along the picturesque shores, the inn offers stunning views of the ocean and the surrounding landscape. It's a tranquil haven for those seeking a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Bob, the owner at Coveside Inn is incredibly welcoming and attentive. He genuinely cares about the comfort of his guests and goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.

One of the highlights of our stay was the delectable breakfast offered each morning. Bob serves a delightful spread of freshly prepared dishes using locally sourced ingredients. The flavors and presentation were on point, making each meal a treat to savor.

The location of Coveside Inn is perfect for exploring the nearby attractions, including Reid State Park and picturesque lighthouses. Whether you're looking for a relaxing beach day or an adventure in nature, you'll find plenty to do in the area.

What a wonderful place! Bob's a great host and wonderfully talented chef. Sources his ingredients locally as much as possible. The house is full of loving touches, like a entire binder of local activities, restaurants, and walks curated by Bob. The property is beautifully maintained and kept.

Take out one of the kayak's while you're there and explore the nearby islands! We'll be back.

What a wonderful, hidden gem to enjoy the beauty of this section of the Maine coast. Our room in the cottage was both clean and comfortable and breakfasts were amazing! We especially appreciated the support of locally grown food which is in all of the dishes served here. Great access to exploring the outdoors even in the off season- Reid state park nearby was a wonderful place to walk with stunning views of the ocean and marshes. Great location to explore nearby restaurants and shops in downtown Bath. Really enjoyed our stay in this peaceful spot!

Coveside is my favorite bed and breakfast place to date. The property has its own unobstructed view of the water. Bob is an awesome cook like other reviews mention and he would call me by name which I was surprised by. He is kind and had plenty of recommendations that we loved. I can’t wait to come back!

The views from every room in this inn are beautiful and restorative. It is located on an accessible island on the coast of Maine. The common space in the living room and dining areas are cozy with a classic Northeast flare. The bedrooms are also comfortable and lovely - most are very spacious. Falling asleep and waking up to the water views was incredibly special. The homemade breakfasts were also fresh, delicious, not run of the mill, and served on an outside garden patio facing the water. The inn keeper was attentive and friendly and the property was very well maintained. The Coveside B & B exceeded expectations.

This is a lovely Maine get a way with cove view and easy walk to Five Islands Lobster, ice cream, boat trips and more views of the coast. You can also walk to the organic market for cheeses, veggies and groceries. It is a short drive to Reid State Park for the beach. Georgetown Historical Society, the country store and a pottery shop are also within a ten minute drive.
At Coveside there are bicycles and kayaks to use. You can sit in the Adirondack chairs with your glasses of wine in the evening. Every morning breakfast by Bob is always delicious and you are greeted by the lovely gardens around the terrace.
This was my second stay and I will be going back.

We stayed two nights in February and had a peaceful visit. The view from our room and the common areas looked out on the cove where we could watch the tide change and thIfe occasional boat. A standout is breakfast. Bob is an amazing and creative cook. One morning, our "appetizer" was panna cote with fresh berries. If you like quiet, privacy and great food, this is your place.

A truly charming, quiet B&B that makes you feel more like family than just guests. The Innkeeper/chef/owner Bob has really created a place to relax, enjoy mid-coast Maine and be as social as you want. Truly a wonderful find and worth a visit!

What a truly gorgeous location and amazing hospitality! Bob met us right off the bat when we arrived and showed us around his amazing property. The room we stayed in was well appointed, had a view of the cove and was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and included locally raised meats and other local products... you could tell how fresh it was. We did an eight mile kayak trip around the Five Islands area and across the river. This is one of our favorite places we have visited and I am sure you won't be disappointed!

Stayed here for our 30th. anniversary. What a perfect getaway. The Inn is kept very clean and the location is quiet and serene. Great views of the bay from rooms and all outdoor seating, which there is a lot of.
Bob is a great host, and made a delicious breakfast each morning. Truly worth a visit. Highly recommend early morning kayaking around five islands (if the tide allows)!

We stayed two nights and our suite was so comfortable.
You can lie in bed and see the harbor.
Everything was spotless and comfortable.
Bob was an excellent host who pampered us with such great food!
He knows how to cook and our breakfasts were sumptuous. The presentation of the meals made you want to dig right in!
The property is serene and tranquil. We sat out and had our wine watching sailboats drift by...
It sure is a treasure and a little slice of heaven.

This Bed and Breakfast is SO lovely! We stayed for 5 days in late May 2021. Our room was roomy, very clean, comfortable and had a private sun deck. Downstairs was a large sun porch, kitchenette, table and a living room. The breakfast here is not to be missed!! Bob, the owner, is a talented gourmet chef and made us delicious gluten free pancakes and muffins each morning. We were so full from breakfast that we skipped lunch most days. It was a perfect getaway within walking distance from Five Islands center.

Romantic getaway! Perfect location for exploring the beauty and serenity of mid-coast Maine. We visited Easter weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality and ambience that the Coveside Bed and Breakfast provides, even in the off season. It is a great jumping off point to explore Bath, Boothbay Harbor, Rockport or Camden, but also is just minutes from Reid State park which offers two beaches in the summer months. Georgetown and the Five Islands are definitely quiet in the off season but the sunrise from the Five Island’s Lobster Company Quay may arguably be one of the prettiest views of coastal Maine. A Stellar Sea Eagle recently spent some time in the area, and I can see why as it is remote and away from it all! So, this location is also prime for bird watchers! Bob was a gracious host and the breakfast’s in the AM were perfect each morning! Truly enjoyable get away!

Exceptional BnB on a quiet Maine cove. Beautiful clean rooms with cozy areas to relax indoors and out. Amazing gourmet breakfasts prepared by our gracious host and owner, Bob. Manuel the cat was very entertaining too!

WOW! An amazing find, tucked away in the deep woods of Georgetown on a secluded cove. The owner keeps the grounds, gardens, and the inn in impeccable shape, and serves gourmet breakfasts overlooking the beautiful cove. The sunrise is so stunning and still, you'll want to get up early to immerse yourself in it. The bed, pillows, and decor were spectacular and geared for total relaxation. Go for a run down to five islands and back to pick up the local flavor. Coveside will not disappoint!

The hubby and I stayed here for several days for our 29th Anniversary while we explored Maine for the first time! We could not have been happier! Our room was lovely with a fireplace and a beautiful attached bathroom! We loved using the Kayaks for a sea side adventure! The breakfasts served were yummy with beautiful presentation! We hope to go back one day!!

Stayed in the Malden room for 1 night since my partner and I were interested in going to the nearby five island lobster co, and that was a bit out of the ways while visiting Portland. Very happy we decided to stay a night in Georgetown - the sunrise views were incredible. Woke up at 5am with a perfect view from the bed. Breakfast was a delight, Bob was a gracious host, and the playful house cat topped off the stay. Next time will plan to stay longer.
