Myst Oceanside Restaurant & Lounge

For my Bachelorette party, my crew and I came here hoping for a good experience - and that was delivered!
Nick, our waiter, was very friendly and took our orders by memory. He checked in often and made sure everything was good.
The food was fabulous 👌🏻 🦐 I had the cold, spiced jumbo shrimp, and it was made very well. I've never had anything so spicy before but I enjoyed it.
The drinks were also very good; they were mixed well and tasted like the person knew what they were doing.
Overall wonderful experience ✨

My family and I ate here for dinner while vacationing at Old Orchard Beach. The food and atmosphere were good, but what really stood out was the service! Our waitress, Emma, went above and beyond to make sure everything was great! She was attentive, prompt and friendly the entire time - and she even found a way to satisfy the picky eater at our table (me!).
We will definitely be back!

Delicious food with beachside tables. I had the mussels dinner special and they were so fresh and flavorful, I don't think I've ever had better! My daughter had a burger and said was delicious as well. I highly recommend this restaurant!

The fish tacos and fish and chips were delicious! Good sized portions, too! The wait staff was great, as is the view. Good drinks and live music. It was my first time there and would recommend to everyone!

What can I say besides amazing! Food was pricey but well worth it! An the staff is exceptional! An the live music 🎶 is great!

I was surprised at how quickly we were seated, on a Friday night in the middle of season! Our drinks and food came out quickly, and was perfection. Staff was absolutely stellar. Yes, you should go here!

Went tonight on a last minute date night with wifey and we were very pleased. Sat right away, served drinks right off and food was quick to come out. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and sweet potatoe fries, delicious. Wife had Alfredo with shrimp, and she said it was great! Had a few Kekes rum buckets to go with dinner. A little on the expensive side as dinner came to $110 or so, but for Old Orchard Beach and dinner with a view, you should expect to pay that. Of that price $40 were the two rum buckets. Worth it if you can afford it. Solid meal, snd we would be back again. Oh and our server was incredibly nice and quick to help. 5 stars!

Waiter was awesome! Food was very good! They even have a kids menu which was a big score as for some reason a lot of places in the area don’t 🙄 go here it’s a great place!

Had the fish and chips. Huge portion. Very tasty. Couldn't finish it. Waitress was pleasant. Reasonably priced.

After searching for a walkable restaurant in the pier area we found the Myst with a Party of 13 we were promptly & properly seated at 2 tables.
Food was excellent, not one complaint in the bunch & with our crew that’s saying something!
Good choice of different options for a wide variety of tastes & a kids menu to satisfy the lil ones!
The waitress’s were prompt & friendly. No complaints here either.
Location right at the pier tops off a good dining experience! Will definitely make an effort to eat here again next time we’re in town.

This venue is right beachside. I loved the location as I could "people watch" and still see the ocean. My server was so friendly. I ordered the fried mac and cheese bites. I was expecting the usual beach food but was happily surprised.... these were awesome!! The dipping sauce was superb with just the right amount of heat and sweet. What made the whole experience for me was the very talented young man entertaining on guitar. He had an exceptional voice and I actually ordered another drink and stayed longer just so I could listen more. Excellent location, food, service, and entertainment.

Excellent experience. Hubby got the steamed mussels special and it was a hit. Drinks were great and service was the best we’ve had all weekend. Will absolutely come back next time we’re in town.

Had a great experience. Drinks were good. Food was amazing. Recommend the Lobster BLT and the mussels. Outside atmosphere was nice with live music. Will come again in the future.

My wife and I loved the atmosphere, the service, and the food. Lexi and Natasha were fantastic to us, as we visited on our Anniversary weekend from Central Maine. We had the lobster roll, fish tacos, and coconut shrimp, all delicious. Food was hot and flavorful. Service impeccable.

I visited several restaurants in the area and Myst was the best of all. I have been there multiple times over the summer and The food was always fresh and delicious, the drinks were tasty and strong. I will definitely be back next time I’m on Vacation!

My family enjoyed a great dinner Saturday nite. We all had something very different!
My 5 yr old grandson loved his spagetti w marinara sauce, my son in law had a sirloin steak dinner, my daughter had the fish taco & said it was the best. My 7yr old granddaughter
& I had TWIN LOBSTERS" that were out of this world. Fast & pleasant service!! U'll enjoy it!!

Although the wait was an hour they text you when your table is ready so you can still walk around and enjoy Old Orchard Beach. Food was excellent and the service was also. Food came out so fast the hour wait was nothing. Usually has live music.

Never had a bad meal. We have always had great servers as well. Love going here every time we are in town.
