Awesome experience from scheduling to the actual service. Technicians were professional, extremely knowledgeable, and super friendly. Pricing was competitive and beat out the “big box shops.” I would absolutely recommend Pando Plumbing and will be calling them again the next time I need service.

We have used Pando for several plumbing issues at our house. They repaired a broken seal on our toilet, a clogged drain that was causing our downstairs sink to flood, and identified a major leak in our main sewage stack.

The plumbers arrived on time. They were pleasant and professional. They assessed the problem, explained the repair to me and made sure I understood the problem and solution so that I could make an informed decision to proceed with the work. I did have them make the repair. The leak is no longer happening and my shower looks great. I liked the way they prepared the area in the bathroom to minimize getting the room dirty and the way they completely cleaned up when the repair was complete. I will definitely use this company again.
