Mach 1 Car Audio

I have been going to Mach 1 when it was located in Hopkins, MN at least 8 years because this is my second vehicle that I had them put an automatic start on.

I had this viper auto start put on my Nissan 6 years ago. Never had any issues with it. Last month it started to go wonky. It would start and shut off in 5 minutes or less.

I brought it to them and of course it worked like a charm for them. Well a few days went by and it happened again.

Because they stand with their warranty I made an appt and Anthony wasn’t really finding anything wrong to cause it to do that so he just reset it with our fingers crossed that would fix the issue and it did!

They have always been very helpful. I have sent a lot of people there way and no complaints.

I was not charged a dime even 6 years later to have them look and see what the issue was. They had my car for a solid 1.5 hours
Of course if there might have been a lot of time taking it apart and having to replace the auto start there would have been some charges that would have been applied which is very reasonable.

Brent has never taking me a down a path that was out of my budget and is always very helpful!

Recently purchased a new (to me) Jeep Wrangler JKU. It needed a new stereo and needed a CAN system to talk to my factory amp and sub. These guys walked me through some of the systems that I was looking at on Amazon and at Best Buy. I decided to go with an Alpine ILX-507 vs. the Pioneer 4660NEX. I am very happy with the decision. Yes, you might pay less from Amazon, but here you can see the unit and ask the pros any and all questions. I bought my first car stereo from the richfield location back when it was Communications Center over 30 years ago. I will definitely do more business with this local retailer.

Spectacular service. I had a car radio that needed to be replaced but had a short window of time. Mach 1 made it work. Fair price and excellent work.

Also, they found me a demo unit that could solve all my "must haves" for less.

If you are looking for an audio experience that will blow your mind, these guys are the real deal! Last August of 2022, I bought a new Toyota Tundra and wanted a premium audio package to make my musical experience explode!! The entire staff was extremely professional and really listened to what it was that I wanted. I ended up changing my mind several times about the equipment I wanted and the entire staff happily met my needs. It posed a bunch more work for their staff and caused some tricky installation challenges which they happily met head on. In the end, their master woodworking guy found a way to install a big sub-woofer under and behind my rear bench seat which was completely necessary to make my wife smile!!
The thing that was most impressive about my entire experience with Mach 1was that most of the interior of my brand new truck had to be taken apart, wired with amps, speakers, and put back together. Their work was so good that the truck interior was flawless and still looked brand new!!
Give these folks a chance and you will be impressed!!

I have visited Mach 1 in Richfield quite a few times for services and have always received courteous professional help. I had a device installed and Mach 1 completed the work quickly. I have stopped in to have the device calibrated and witnessed others impatience. Staff was always patient and did their best to help. I would certainly recommend Mach1 in Richfield to others.

I am NOT savvy with electronics, car audio, etc. So when the aftermarket system in my truck had a communication issue, I called about 4 car audio places in the twin cities. The only people that would even discuss my issue with me was Mach1. I spoke with (and later worked with) both Bruce and Kevin. Both great gentlemen, with exceptional knowledge AND people skills. They reminded me of the type of people back in my small home town. Easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend stopping in if you are looking for an upgrade, or any new audio accessories. It is great to do business with gentlemen like Bruce & Kevin! Thank You!

Kevin and the crew at Mach 1 Car Audio are awesome! I took my recently purchased used 2018 pickup with a malfunctioning Viper remote start in for diagnosis and repair, and they got it back working again in no time, and for a very reasonable cost I might add. And it wasn't even purchased from them! I will definitely be doing back to Mach 1 if I ever need any service on my Viper remote start again. Highly recommended!

Very knowledgeable, they knew exactly what I wanted, Kevin went way above and beyond duty to get my car done today even tho they were booked up , pretty sure he worked 2 hours past closing time on a Saturday just to keep his word, sounds amazing!! My old remote starter FOB was broken. I bought a new one and Kevin at Mach One at 6245 Lyndale Ave, Richfield MN was very polite and quickly programmed it to start my car!

The Mach 1 team does a great job, treated me like a champ, and installed a bangin system in my truck. Highly recommended.
