I love Zumiez. All of the locations I’ve been to (all around the metro area of Minneapolis-Saint Paul) have been great. If I had to pick my favorite, I think this might be it just because they have the largest selection of everything. Zumiez always hires really cool people and it’s always nice to chat with them when I’m checking out or making a return. Thanks!

I went to Zumiez At mall Of America I got a Cool Looking Hoodie which I Liked Great Store and Nice Employees there I recommended This Store I'll stop by again to buy more hoodies there. 🙂

Great place, a little busy when I was there. Staff wasn't completely on top of it all but I will say one staff member really shined. I never got her name but she works on boards and was laying grip tape when I was there. She was highly knowledgeable, really cool, and made my purchase a breeze!

Me and my son were in there to surprise him with a new skateboard. The staff there were super cool, they built the board he wanted, he didn't think he was getting it that day, they worked with me to trick him, 45 minutes later we came back, it was in a box with a bow on it. Your staff obviously loves there jobs and that can be hard this time of year. Great job!

Most charismatic staff in the entire mall. They're there to ask about your day or strike up a conversation first and foremost. They've never tried to sell me something unless I ask for a recommendation specifically, in which case they'll give me an honest answer. I'll always stop at Zumiez just to chill and talk to the staff, even if I don't end up buying anything. Shout-out to Devon!

I took my 14 year old son to get some new skate shoes from the Zumiez at the Mall of America. What a fantastic experience!

We were greeted right away by a young man named Gabe. We headed to the shoe wall. My son found a pair he wanted to try on and David went to the back to check for size. There were none in my son's size for that shoe. My son wears an 8 1/2. Numerous styles were tried with Gabe and David assisting tirelessly as it took several tries before an 8.5 was found in shoe my son felt was comfortable. Their smiles and genuine desire to make our experience a great one did exactly that. It made our experience really GREAT!

Sometimes when shopping I feel as though customer service has become a lost art. Not here! This was customer service exemplified!!

During the course of the shoe adventure I spoke to Gabe of the less than wonderful experience of grip tape application on my son's board from another location. He encouraged me to bring the board in to the store the next afternoon when he would be working.

Just when I thought I really couldn't be any more impressed Gabe introduced my son and I to Nick. Nick welcomed us, took a look at the previous job done on my son's board and apologized for it, even though it hadn't even been done at this location. We selected the new grip tape and Nick preceded to remove the old mess and apply the new. I watched as the most efficient and expert application was done, all the while again with the friendly smiles and genuine care and engaging customer service taking place.

Three incredible young men that truly know the value of being genuine and caring for the customer have made me a customer for life!

Zumiez truly has a gift in the employ of three such fantastic guys! I hope they are recognized as the valued gems that they are! I wish the world were filled with Nick's and Gabe's and David's! Way to go guys!

Omg the staff here, super helpful!!!! Never been here and all I wanted was clothes for my super difficult teenagers who are just getting to know themselves. I came in confused and I left with knowledge. I believe this will be a hot spot for my teens to go for years to come. Thanks you guys for going above and beyond your job that day for a mom that needed it 👌

I love Zumiez.. I also like the girl who works there. I wish I knew her name but she is extremely nice, helpful and has awesome taste in clothing. She showed me some hoodies and beanies that were super sick and ended up buying some. You rock (young girl with a beanie) and are super cute 😘

I went in today to find a dress for my birthday tomorrow and Connor (whose birthday is also tomorrow, pretty cool lol) was absolutely determined to get me into the right dress. The entire staff was extremely welcoming as soon as I walked into the store. I will be returning!

My fav store ever.. So much so they must think Im an employee telling me to ring up customers and help people with stuff. Maybe that's why I get a deposit in my account from them twice a month. Cool I guess.

It's a one-of-a-kind store with great products, and a great selection. Wonderful staff that are very helpful.

I went in there to look for something to wear to the A$AP Rocky concert I'm going to soon. I forgot the guys name but he was super helpful in helping me pick out an outfit that looks great and is unique. He also shared useful tips about concerts and festivals since this is my first time in General Admission. I love the service and will always be going to this Zumiez

Store manager is a rocks store. Got the chance to meet her and the team as I was trying to find a new sweater that I got dirty during lunch at the mall of America and they were funny, kind and helpful.

Staff was awesome, that made it feel like we where welcomed, i bought a Virginity Rocks shirt and the quality is so good and soft. 10/10

Thank you zumiez for a pleasant and easy to order in store experience and completing a in store online purchase experience easy as possible. I did get my merchandise with in a week of purchase. I am satisfied. Hope to shop there again soon. Thanks so much.
