Worst experience at a shop I've ever had. My appointment was at 930am but she didn't get there until 10am then I had to wait more because she needed to clean her shop. I didn't get in until 1025am. My braids are uneven, and puffy if you know what I mean. The lady yelled at me because I asked her to redo a braid and start talking loudly to the other lady in her language. It was very disrespectful. I didn't pay her all the money because it wasn't worth it I have to go home and cut the access weave from all the braids. Plus she didn't blend my or tuck my hair in the color braids like I requested. It was just a waste of my valuable time, I feel bad for not paying all the money but why should I if she didn't give me the correct service I asked for. Plus she had 2 other customers waiting for a total of 2 hours. Me personally I will not be going back. Oh and the bathroom was full of bugs and just nasty

Very unprofessional conversation.
I had to lead the way to find out anything about the establishment.
This women (who ever answered the call)
Literally only said 3 words to me.
"Hello, yes, & no."
Then hung up on me when I asked about getting my sons hair did up.
Rude and unprofessional.

People come in and a very disrespectful I will never go back and been going there for years it’s just ran down now and ghetto.
