She explained differences in different paints, answering all of our questions even as it approached closing time. She was extremely efficient and well educated on the products.

We had a fantastic experience with Colonial. They just installed 5 new doors for us and I am very happy with them. The person who did the installation was so great and came back several times to adjust a few little things. He told us not to pay until we were completely satisfied. When I called to pay today, I am happy to report that I am very satisfied! Customer service is still alive and well here!

Just had a new front door installed. It is beautiful and the installer went above and beyond to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. Very happy. There was a mixup on ordering the glass for our door that put the install back a week but that was okay in the end.

I go to colonial for my big project lumber needs, if they don't have it in stock, they can order it. They are very helpful!

The service is excellent! The folks at the contractors counter are knowledgeable and responsive to my needs. I shop here almost everyday, sometimes twice a day for construction materials and almost all of my tools. As a contractor or a DYI you will find it to be one of your first local stops.

They took out a back door weather worn door and casing, and did a beautiful job installing the new door and casing. I would highly recommend them.

I ordered lumber and Trex decking for a large deck that I built in my backyard. Boone helped me out, and was very helpful. Mike delivered my supplies. Upon inspection, a lot of the lumber was not the quality I wanted, so I called Boone and he apologized and sent Mike out with another load of nicer lumber and hauled away the other stuff at no extra cost. Colonial has been very helpful and great to work with. Thanks Boone and Mike!
