Marriott Minneapolis Airport

Nice place, a little outdated but I was there when Hilton turned it from a Marriott to a DoubleTree overnight.. I suspect that they will be doing lots of renovations and upgrades in the near future.... The Mall of America is right outside. I walked there a few times for lunch and dinner... The temperature was way too cold for me on the last day so I opted for the shuttle to drive me over. Very quick and convenient!

I can’t say enough great things about the experience I had with this specific hotel. Alex at the front desk completely took care of us after a very long day. From the shuttle turning around to come get us after they had already left to the upgraded suite, we can’t thank you enough. Our drivers were incredibly nice and the bellman was also very kind and held the doors for us as we left.

I do not do very many reviews, but when I receive outstanding service, I am compelled. Everyone in the hotel is extremely helpful, especially Debbie who runs the coffee counter. She has an amazing personality and goes out of her way to make sure you’re happy.

The hotel is huge and kept up. The staff was very welcoming when checking in and the process only took a few minutes. The rooms were updated and clean with alot of standard amenities. The TV in my room was huge. Probably 65 inch. A/C worked well. Water pressure was fantastic. Lots of pilots and flight crew stayed at hotel, as well as different people who were there for conferences as the hotel has many conference rooms. The hotel offered a shuttle to the Mall of America (which was still well within walking distance) and other places free of charge. Shuttle arrived within 10 minutes of calling for it.The restaurant was very overpriced, but there were several places near by at the mall to eat at in which the cost was much lower. I would stay again.

Shubham and Busham restaurant service was out of this world! The food was great pricey but worth it, the rooms fantastic I wish i was able to take the pillows with me! Thanks Marriott! ❤

This is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. Customer service, wonderful. Cleanliness of the room, outstanding. Location, amazing. If you’re looking for a nice hotel to stay at during your trip whether it’s a one night stay in between flights or a weekend getaway this is the perfect place to stay. The pool is very nice. They have a restaurant as well as a mini coffee bar for in the morning. It’s right across the Mall of America. They have a bus to and from the airport. I’ve been to a lot of hotels and this may be my favorite yet.

Love the airport here. A bit of a walk to my gate every time I come through but I need the steps anyway. It doesn't help though that there are delicious places to eat and drink on every corner though.

Fantastic attention and the location is excellent. The rooms should have better sound insulation. I was walking to the elevator and I heard a couple doing intimate things super loud, like there is now walls.
Other than that fantastic hotel.

Big shout out to Gisele at the front desk for making my first night as a platinum member memorable! She gave us a suite upgrade, on top of the breakfast benefit and extra $10 food credit. Thank you again for your hospitality! We thoroughly enjoyed and slept like babies.

Shout out to the staff working Friday, Jan 27. Our group had a bad travel date and missed an 8am flight. Marriott gave us an early check-in and picked us up from the airport, and brought us to the hotel. The barista had coffee and warm lemon water for us as we checked in and shared our story. The barista was so fun to visit with and empathic with our situation. We had breakfast and drinks at the restaurants and then a nice nap in a clean and comfortable room. The shuttle brought us to the MOA and went back to the room to kill some time in the afternoon. The shuttle accommodated us AGAIN to get us back to the airport at the time we needed, which was a little bit out of their normal hours. Our group of 6 all agreed that the staff here has been over the top accommodating and understanding. I will definitely come back here.

Even though this is an older hotel, you would never know by how neat and clean the rooms are. New showers and fixtures and the rooms even smell new. I’d highly recommend.

We did the stay and fly, using our overnight stay on our return trip home. The shuttle to and from the airport was so smooth. The room we had was nice and clean and easy to navigate to. The parking lot where our car was felt secure and in a well-viewed place.

The complete staff from the hotel and shuttle service we're very helpful and super nice! The only complaint is maybe upgrading to have Queen beds instead of doubles. The pool was nice having it 9 feet deet and the water was a great temperature. We will be staying here again!

We checked in rather late on Wednesday (12/1) and had a very early flight home. Upon check-in, we eperienced a wonderful welcome! The two ladies at the front desk were amazing! We ate at the Bistro; Dustin and Shawn were so great! The service was spot on and their personalities made the night! Thank you so much!

This hotel was really great. Our family stayed 2 nights and it was super enjoyable. It is directly across the street from Mall of America which you can walk to. Our room was nice and clean, and spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 younger kids. Downsides to the room were there being no bathtub (shower only) in the super nice, freshly renovated bathroom, and that despite there being a bar fridge in the room, there was no microwave (to heat up the things we had tossed in the fridge!). Otherwise there was literally nothing I could complain about. The pool area is FANTASTIC, with a pool deep enough to actually swim in (9ft in the deep end). The hotel is large enough to wrap entirely around an outdoor courtyard, giving a really comfortable and safe place to hang out. Though it's from a smaller menu, they actually have 24 hour room service, which I rarely see. All staff were friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommend this place.

Missed a connection and needed a place for the night. Booked a room in the app and showed up 20 mins later to friendly staff who found me a clean, comfortable, quiet room. To my surprise the restaurant was open so I was able to get some food late in the evening after missing dinner...though the food was not very good. But the bartender was very nice and friendly. The airport shuttle was easy to book and I was appreciative that they had one.
Will definitely stay again if I'm at MSP. Thanks!

Great rooms and nice showers with good water pressure. The hallways and elevators could stand to be updated.

The restaurant was wonderful. Great meals and perhaps the best bartender I've ever had.

All of the hotel staff were very friendly and courteous. They went out of their way to help. 10/10.... Would stay here again even if it meant a further drive.

Its a conference style hotel, but it has a great covered pool and restaurant, albeit expensive. The rooms are simply amazing, one of the best sleeps I had with their aromatic stuff and pillow options. The courtyard in the middle is nice during summer. Also, I forgot a pair of charging cables and charger and they promptly sent it (at my expense of course). Recommended.

Parking was easy.

We were here for a wedding. We stayed at a gorgeous historical B&B. The wedding was nice. Good food and drink.
