JW Marriott Minneapolis Mall of America

I travel every week to different destinations around the world, and this Marriott ranks in my top two of all hotels that I have visited. What makes it extra special is it was my 33rd anniversary and they surprised us with chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of champagne for us to celebrate in our room. The thoughtfulness and caring that the hotel displays is above expectation. They were perfectly placed in the Mall of America's and within a quick train visit to downtown Minneapolis. I will definitely come back and also recommend this hotel. Thank you to the management and staff for making my stay here truly memorable. 😍😍😍

Oh, my goodness! I feel like I’m living in luxury! I’m currently staying at the JW Marriott, Minneapolis for a conference, and this is hands down, the best hotel I have ever stayed at. I feel very spoiled here. The staff is excellent, the room is beautiful, and the food is out of this world. Thank you for showing me true hospitality.

The staff were an incredible pleasure to be around and work with. Super friendly and very helpful. Room service, amenities, #green, all was very very nice. Will love to return. Super convenient to MSP AIRPORT and downtown twin cities. Felt super safe the entire time. A range of nearby activities for all ages. A great place to mall walk and shop. Had many diverse and delicious food choices.

Oh my! It's like living in luxury.
The tub were soooo deep and I enjoy a bath soooo much. Shower pressure were great! Breakfast room service were on time and I would 10000% come back here. I love how it's connect to the mall!

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at this JW Marriott location. The rooms were very nice and modern, super friendly staff and it was very cool that it was attached to the Mall of America. I would highly recommend this hotel

Very nice hotel. We stayed here because it is connected to the Mall of America. Staff was very friendly. The room (basic 1 king) was spacious and clean. The hotel was overall quiet. I would stay again.

Best parts of hotel is connected to Mall of America and the underground parking. Just a standard Marriott. Quality and service were to expectations.

Very nice hotel, and hotel room. It's been several years since I visited, but the hotel is extremely clean and has amazing customer service. Didn't get the best view but had a nice sunset I could see. Extremely secure hotel which is always nice to have. Another great perk, you can get right out to Mall and up an escalator to a huge food court.

I have never stayed at a better hotel and I travel for work. Rooms are clean and the staff are incredibly professional and polite. Not to mention the location is great. Each room as a mini fridge, small coffee machine, plenty of towels, large sized bathtubs, blackout curtains, and breathable bed sheets. The bar comes alive on the weekend and the restaurant on the first floor is open late with top notch food. 11/10 I would recommend this place. I try to book this hotel every-time I’m in town.

The staff were all super friendly and accommodating! The hotel, rooms, and public areas were all very clean.

Overall best hotel experience I have ever had. I stayed for 7days. Service is great especially Sintya at the front desk. Location is nice and I felt safe. You can park valet but the self park is so easy and fast I would recommend that.

Top quality rooms and service. Connected to Mall of America, close to airports, restaurants, and other fun spots.

Love the stay especially for business events. It is so convienent locating inside MOA and has large conference rooms to support various corp. Events

I’m giving 5 stars, because our stay here was magnificent! One of the best hotel stays I have had. The room was clean, the hotel was modern, and the staff was extremely nice. Anything we needed, they got it to us right away. Housekeeping was also great! One of the best parts was we only had to take the elevator down to the 2nd floor to get to the mall of America. So if you want to visit the mall of America, you will be very pleased if you stay at this hotel.

Great location not only near the highway, but close to the airport. Also attached to the mall of America. Friendly staff, and helpful to answer any of my questions. Garage attached to hotel, and easy to get in and out of as well.
Comfy beds, and nice gym. Smaller than other JW I have been to though. There is a pool but didn’t go to it.
Lounge was great and had a good selection for breakfast. Friendly staff in the lounge as well.
Highly recommended when coming to MN.

To say, we love this hotel is an understatement. I cannot wait to go again. It was beautiful, clean, chic, and worth every minute, money, and memory. The convenience of being attached to the Mall is even the best part. You walk out to a beautiful butterfly exhibit. It was so amazing. If you stay here, you can literally visit the mall all weekend. - We got room service and the food was just ok... that is my only 3-star. (Everywhere else is a 5-star.) The food from room services was not what we expected. It looked amazing though... but does not taste as good and we pay way too much for not eating it, on top of that, there is an automatic 20% gratuity. Not worth it, if you ask me. Everything else is perfect!

Loved my stay at the JW. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, the location is perfect, and the room was very clean and elegant. Very comfortable beds and both a shower and bathtub in the washrooms. Only thing that could make this better would have been an airport shuttle. Great views for anyone who likes to plane spot as the North side faces the runway of the airport.
