I really love this place. One of my engine coils went out one day giving a scary bad smell and could barely drive my car. Chris fixed it within 4 hours (thank goodness he had time that day). Since then he has helped me with various problems I have and he is always fast and efficient. Whenever I have to call him about a question he never seems annoyed, is always ready to help me & I really appreciate that. My go to shop now! Thanks y’all

I never write reviews on google but I felt it was necessary here. My car broke down at MSP Airport and I lost all my brake fluid due to a broken connection. I had it towed on a Sunday to a nearby shop with great reviews (Repair Rite). I called first thing next morning and Kris had my car fixed by 3pm despite a very busy day. I was able to drive to Duluth and make it to class. If I'm ever in the area again, I know where to go! Thanks Kris and Repair Rite Team!

I am so excited that I found a mechanic I can trust! My car was making a loud noise and I thought it was the exhaust. Turns out the gasket had eroded away. They replaced it and my car was fixed in less than 30 minutes!

They didn’t charge me the $120 engine diagnostic test since he was able to diagnose the issue on 10 minutes. Seriously impressed and they lived up to the slogan “Honest Repair. Honest Price.”

This place is very good. I called, scheduled a pressure check of my cooling system, arrived and they did as they said. They gave me advise on repairs and provided estimates. Within 10 minutes I was on my way back on the road with estimates in hand. No pressure, no sales tactics and no bs. Straight up mechanics with awesome service. I’d recommend Repair Rite to anyone. My Kia was stolen and they replaced the ignition for me. After calling multiple mechanic shops and locksmiths I came across this shop. Gave them a call and got an instant quote over the phone. I accidentally made an appointment at the wrong location and didn’t notice until I showed up. Chris still took my vehicle and charged me exactly what was quoted.

Honest...I will be going to them for all repairs I can't do my self, as well as tires.

I thought I needed a new starter for my 2004 Honda Civic hybrid 5-speed. It would have cost $400. Got a call from owner saying "your floor mat was stuck under the clutch. It starts now."

He did not HAVE to do this...and I'd be none the wiser.

I have gone to Repair Rite several times for oil changes and car repairs. The guys are great and are always friendly. Honesty is hard to come by at mechanic shops but these guys seem genuine. I support small businesses and would highly recommend people to go here. They show the cost of part versus labor and their prices are reasonable.

I've used Repair Rite for various car issues and maintenance. They've always been thorough, honest and reasonably priced. In addition, they are quick with service and great with communication. I highly recommend them.

I've lived in Richfield for about 10 years and have only been able to find 1 mechanic that I trust in the area until now. This place was recommended to me by a friend who knows the owners so I decided to give it a try for an estimate of a couple nagging issues my vehicle has had for a few years now. This place was the best price among the estimates i received for the same work. The owners Dan and Tyler kept me informed every step of the way what my options were. They even offered to find a rare bulb that my car needs and follow up with me once its located. Having spoken to both of them over the phone and in person, I know that this will be my go to place from now on for whatever my car needs, and I'll refer them to everyone. Super honest and friendly, which you don't get too often nowadays. Not to mention, CUSTOMER FRIENDLY hours open 7 days per week!!! Thanks guys, very impressive place of business.

I’ve NEVER left unsatisfied or feeling like I’ve been scammed, unlike many other auto repair shops. Chris is amazing. He is honest about what needs to be done, and the prices. He will always look out to cut you a deal when he can, and always tries to explain the repairs in a way that anyone can understand.

I recently had body work done on my car at Repair Rite. It was fixed in a timely manner with a great price! I truly believe that the guys here have your best interest at heart and you will receive excellent customer service. If they can't personally do what you need done, they know who to contact to get you the best deal. I would highly recommend them to any friends and family!

As a small business owner I prefer to use and refer my customers to other small businesses. Repair Rite has great customer service and they take great pride in each task no matter how big, or small. They have extremely competitive pricing compared to large automotive shops and dealerships. I have trusted 3 mechanics in my lifetime. My father, his co worker and now repair rite. We moved to Richfield 4 years ago and were lucky to find this gem right down the street from us. Every time I have services, including my oil change they are professional, honest and go above and beyond. I wouldn't trust anyone else for our family.

Breaking down sucks. Its good to know a good mechanic shop. Honest people. I use them for all my work. I recently towed a vehicle that had broken down up north to them. Call Kris in Richfield. He is the best around and the first person I call.

I went to Repair Rite for the first time last month to get my brakes done and I was taken care of with awesome and quick service. They do quality work at a price you can't find anywhere else. I ended up with a hole in a hose a little while later and had to have it towed, I paid extra money to get it towed to them and they got me in right away and fixed it with a better part so it couldn't happen again. I highly recommend going to Repair Rite.

After parking for a trip, I got on the highway and car was wobbling. Got to Repair Rite and Chris checked my tires, added air and made sure no wheel was falling off. One wheel was warm. I parked w the car on to let the car and brakes heat up. Very thorough and reassuring and I’ll be back. I’m glad I found them!

Made a reservation online for an oil change. Included a note saying that my car was sluggish. They couldn't find a reason for the sluggishness, but Kris offered to check my car again when the roads were dry as it was snowing today. The price was very reasonable. Far cheaper than other autoshops. I was very impressed by Kris.

I concluded that my radiator needed to be replaced. I called 6 different auto repair shops for an estimate. Most said they would call me back and never did. Dan at 'Repair Rite' was not only very personable and friendly but he gave me an unbeatable quote right in the first phone call.
When I brought my car in for my appointment , they started on it immediately and finished quicker than I expected.
The craziest part was when my total came out to be the same amount I was quoted on the phone. I'm not used to this kind of honesty and quality coming out of the same repair shop.
I wont be going anywhere else from now on.

I've had a wicked squeak in my 2012 Jeep Patriot for several months now. I dropped it off to have the squeak addressed and while looking the car over, they noticed my wheel bearings were loose. Normally I would call BS, except without any prompt Kris asked if I'd ever noticed "what sounds like a freight train following my car down the highway." UM YAH it's SUPER loud. I didn't think anything of it previously though and thought my car was just loud. So he replaced those and my car no longer sounds like I'm racing a railroad.

We're still working out what's causing the squeak because so many parts of my suspension could be the culprit, but Kris and his team have been fantastic in helping me work through each of these issues and find/repair the source.

Their quotes were substantially more affordable than what other shops quoted, their hours / communication / efficient working speed are very convenient for those of us who work 9-5 M-F, and they explained every single thing they were doing. No need to just "take their word for it." For the first time ever I've not felt like a shop was taking advantage of me for not knowing squat about cars (my husband does and was equally as impressed with their fairness, honesty, and quality).

And a major perk for me, as a gal (roll your eyes all you want), is that each and every person I've encountered there would look me SQUARE in the eye when addressing me about my vehicle. My husband would be standing right next to me and they would address him when he spoke or had a question, but otherwise they addressed me clearly as the owner. This may not sound like a big deal to most folks but it speaks huge volumes as a gal who is always pushed to the side in favor of talking to my husband about my own dang car.

This shop and team have left a great impression and I'm relieved to have finally found a reliable mechanic team.
