Eryn did an amazing job on my lash extensions. She listened to what I wanted for my lashes, asked clarifying questions, and worked her magic. She took so much time making sure they were perfect. I have been going to her for a little over 2 years now, and she always does an amazing job! she is very knowledgeable and personable which makes each appointment relaxing and enjoyable. I’ve been coming to Swoon for years to get my lashes done, and there is literally no one else on the planet I would trust! Kayla is the absolute best at what she does, and she pours so much into her work and building a great team around her. Even on occasions where I’ve had to schedule my appointment with someone other than Kayla, I know I am in the best of hands because she treats her team like family, and they are all so amazing at what they do. If you are looking for a place to go where you are treated like more than just another customer, this is the place. Swoon makes me feel so beautiful every time I come in and out of the door!

I wanted to try out lash extensions a few weeks prior to my wedding, so I reached out to Swoon simply because they were nearby, but I’m so glad that I chose them! Everyone is very friendly and the place is clean and comfortable. I have now seen Grace 3x and I just had my last appointment with her before my wedding day but I want to keep coming back because she does such a great job. She is careful and gentle which are important qualities when someone is working that close to your eyes, and she is very kind. Highly, highly recommend her if you are looking to get lash extensions.

The lash & Eyebrow artists here are THE BEST. My lashes look SO NATURAL. I get so many compliments on them. Beyond their talents; the artists are also SO FUN & NICE!!

I get routine facials and today I went to Swoon Lash and Beauty Lounge for a Platnium Hydrafacial. This was my first Hydrafacial ever....and can I tell you it was AMAZING. Alex walked me through the facial step by step so I always knew what to expect. My skin has never felt so clean and hydrated. I go to Swoon for my lashes and love that they now offer skin care. I highly recommend Swoon for all your lash, brow and skincare needs.

Loooove my lashes! The best set of classics I’ve ever had done, and in the comfiest of custom chairs to boot. Karri was also super knowledgeable when I was explaining my upcoming travels and debating what would be best for my lashes — she had recommendations and even showed me pictures from her own experimenting with types of lash treatments. Last but not least, she was super easy and sweet to talk to. I can’t wait to go back!

I had a great experience at Swoon! It was cutely decorated, in an easy to locate location, and they had a great playlist playing. My tech was so nice and helpful, she explained everything she was doing and gave my advice on how to make my lash lift and tint last the longest. My lift and tint lasted 6+ weeks and was absolutely perfect for a wedding I was in and all the events leading up to it. I will definitely be back!

I have been seeing Kayla at Swoon for 2.5 years. She’s not only an amazing lash artist, but a true friend. I look forward to going to my appointment every time! She and her team do Amazing work, I am always so pleased with the result. I get the best comments about my lashes and never wear makeup anymore! She strives to continue to learn and has trained her amazing staff in her image. She is talented, hard working, and so kind. If you want the absolute best, this is THE PLACE!

I truly cannot say enough positive things about Kayla and Swoon. She is the most professional, yet sweet and caring lash artist you could find. Kayla does an amazing job with lashes - they last for weeks and look flawless. I always get so many compliments! One thing I love about Kayla's style, is she makes them look so natural. I often get people that ask if these are my natural lashes because they don't look like true falsies; they look so natural. I could go on and on, but you should go to Kayla/Swoon and find out for yourself :)

Kayla's work is absolutely incredible and has me feeling so beautiful and confident day in and day out. Not only is Kayla (owner) extremely personable but her convenient scheduling system, quality of work, and clean and cozy studio space are all top notch. My lashes last for weeks without needing a fill, grow out nicely with no damage ever. She is a true professional who cares about giving each client the best set of lashes to have them looking and feeling their best. I was super nervous to get extensions for the first time almost a year ago, but Kayla took the time to educate me about different styles of lashes, different looks we could achieve and educated me about lash care. If you're looking to try lash extensions for the first time, wanting them for a wedding or other event or if you're looking to try someone new for your lash extensions I could not recommend Kayla and Swoon Lash Boutique enough!

Kayla, Taya and all the swoon ladies are the most amazing people. I've been getting my lashes done by Kayla for over 2 years and she NEVER disappoints. She is such a down to earth, loving, funny, and understanding person. I would never want to go to anyone else for my lash experience, and do not plan to any time soon. I will and forever stand by all the swoon ladies, if you're wanting to possibly get your lashes done by anyone in this company I 12/10 recommend. They will do what's best for you and your lashes while making you look absolutely amazing and feel comfortable the whole time.

I have been getting eyelash extensions for roughly five years (on-and-off) and I have gone to several places. I have never had eyelashes stay on as long, or as beautifully as they do from going to Swoon Lash Boutique. Kayla is very detail oriented and listens to what the client needs, and wants. She has done my lashes for my recent wedding, and various events, to day-to-day enhancements. I HIGHLY recommend her work and she's absolutely delightful. I always look forward to getting my lashes done, and I receive compliments all of the time on her work. Her prices are reasonable and she's in a safe location that's easy to access in Edina.
