Sadly we had to put our family dog down yesterday! It was easily in the top 5 worst days of my life. All of the staff were so sweet and comforting. They truly understood how hard this was for my daughter and I and they did all they could to make it as comfortable and easy as they could. I wish I could remember the names of the ones who helped us but the whole team was wonderful

Very nice vet clinic. Staff is very accommodating. Had our rescue spayed there. She is doing well and I could tell they really liked her. That's why I like them!

It was my first visit with my duchshund. My dog is very anxious and suffers form savior anxiety disorder. I didn't get a great answer for the reason why I brought my dog there. But they were successful on nail trimming. The staff was efficient and kind and moved quick. I didn't have to wait long. It seemed like a popular place with good pricing. Over all I feel like it was a great place to trust with your pets/ furever pal.

Excellent experience! First time client. They spayed my kitten and she did wonderfully with no complications. Staff was friendly and professional. Cost was very reasonable. Here she is sleeping it off!!

The whole team went above and beyond when taking care of my dying pet. It's hard euthanizing pets and the vet and technicians all made it just a little bit easier. I'll definitely continue bringing my other pets here for annual check ups and vaccinations.

I love this clinic. This is my pet dogs regular clinic and he sees them about once a year. I was having many behavioral problems with my dog due to his anxiety and I had tried everything ! Cbd, toys, treats, collars, daycare, training and more. It got to the point where I could not even leave my house without him. I am very thankful for this clinic as they got me in within a week of calling and he was able to get his medications rather quickly. The 2 month coat is about $30 which is worth it when you consider I don’t have to pay for daycare anymore and can leave my house now.

Awesome job with our adopted kitten that came with the spay in the price. Very reasonable and professional they will be our new veterinarian for our Husky and both cats from now on.

These people are honest, genuine and are very good at providing outstanding medical care. My pup is dying of cancer right now; these people have shown compassion and support like I have been a life long friend, God Bless them! This is probably the most affordable vet in the Twin Cities; this outfit does their best and provide great care at very good prices. They do return phone calls and emails in a timely manner and communication has been good. These folks are not getting rich running this clinic; they truly care about the animals and are everyday people just trying to make a difference.

I have authorized procedures and they have talked me out of unnecessary expenses. They have never tried to take advantage of me and have always been accommodating to see my pup on the fly if the situation called for it.

I go to Canada allot on the fly and they are
always responsive in getting the travel forms filled out for Customs. This is a class operation!

I’ve brought many pets here over the years and all my experiences have been good. I’ve recently had a cat diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and I can really feel how much Dr. Eli cares for my cat. I really appreciate his thorough communication and willingness to support & give his time. The people on the phone when I call to make appointments are always very friendly and patient. It’s also very affordable!

We were so concerned that a lump on our beloved, elderly Yellow Lab's back was cancerous. Dr. Adams said he'd send the biopsy to a pathologist but that he'd look at after hours that day and if it was just a lipoma, he'd call us shortly after 6:00, once the clinic closed. When we hadn't heard from him by 7:15, I assumed that we were probably going to have to very soon make a really tough decision about our sweet girl. And then shortly before 7:30, the call finally came that it was just a lipoma. He apologized for calling so late, but it had been a busy day at the clinic. A few days later he called again to reassure us that the pathologist confirmed his diagnosis. We were so impressed with his knowledge, demeanor, and devotion to his profession as evidenced by how he took care of our Nova.
