They always took such great care of our dog, Tootsie. They treated her so nicely and were so sweet with her. She passed away and they sent us a card with staff signatures, it was such a nice gesture in the moments of terrible pain that comes with losing a furry companion.

I have gone here for all three of our pets, and they are amazing. The staff is so kind, professional, and you can tell they really care about what they do. After our dog Bo had blockage they were a critical part in helping us get him the emergency care he needed. Thank you for all the great work everyone does at your facility!

Great service, I really appreciate they were able to squeeze us in in an otherwise booked morning as my cat was on her third day of being unable to keep anything down. I was ready to run to an emergency vet, but I trusted their primary care vet more so I had to try to see if it's possible to walk in. I was not expecting to be served immediately as I understand there are appointments they would honor first, but I said if they have WiFi I could wait at the clinic until the earliest someone can take a look at my cat and I'll be OK. I didn't have to wait long, and they were able to quickly check her up and gave her supportive treatment. Granted the checkup was longer than usual (I assume they had to also multi-task), but my cat got the treatment she needs asap at least at that time. They were able to answer my questions, and was very patient, even if I know they are very busy I did not feel rushed. Everyone was kind and professional, and even in annual exams and vaccinations they would give us a call the next day to check up on how our pet is doing. Yes, they are a bit pricey, but I really, really appreciate their help, they so far have been pretty awesome on urgent care incidents with my pets and alleviating the concerns of a very anxious pet owner. Keep it up!

When my Sammy cat was down and out with a flu, they took very good care of him. They truly cared about his well-being and gave him top notch care. They even sent messages to check in on your fur baby which gave me peace of mind. I'm happy to report Sammy is back to his normal self for the past month and he's a playful, happy cat once again. Thank you!

Our first trip to the VCA here in Richfield was amazing. Everyone working was very kind, especially our vet Rebecca. They were very fast and professional, right at their closing hours. Sent us home with free toys too! Highly recommend :)

This place is amazing. I worked as a vet tech for over a decade and am a pet trainer. It's a smallish community in the professional companion animal world in the Twin Cities, so I know someone everywhere. However, I trust and love my experiences at VCA in Richfield specifically. I'm loyal to this clinic with my beloved pets.

We started coming to this clinic because it was convenient and we had heard good things. They were all true about this place. Every time we have been there they are super friendly and completely make our dog at ease. Highly recommend them!

They were able to see her within 4 hours of my call. And she's doing great.

I am so grateful to have VCA Richfield as our veterinary provider. Dr. Herold is knowledgeable, takes the time to explain issues, gives pros and cons of treatments, and let's you know what to expect in terms of care. She even checked with us in a few days later to make sure our dog was feeling better.

The staff is empathetic, caring, and kind. My favorite: my dog wore a hoodie with a pocket, and they put 2 surprise treats in it as we're still doing contactless care due to the pandemic. How's that for service!

Came here for the first time. The (nurse?) and vet were both incredibly sweet and helpful and willing to explain everything in detail. You can tell they really love animals and love their job. The facility was clean and welcoming. I'll be returning here for future check-ups for my kitty.

My cat Storm unfortunately passed away and Lindsey was very compassionate and helpful in getting him cremated. It was a really hard time for my family. They we now have my business going forward.

Love this place! The staff is great! I've been going here for over 15+ years. They are so good with animals. And they do whatever they can to work with you and your schedule and finances.

This is a warm, caring and impressive veterinarian hospital. We brought our what i realized after 3 weeks of watching him loose half his weight to have cancer and all of the ppl there took supreme care of bugs (bunny). I would advise anyone who doesnt know where to go, to take your animal you love to this facility!!!

Dr. Starke Mueller went above and beyond to help comfort me when I needed to put my dog to sleep. He made sure that my dear friend was not in any pain. I was given all the time I needed to spend t with him after giving him a sedative to help calm him and then all I needed after. He went as far as to come to my car. I couldn't have ask for a more peaceful experience. An incredible doctor!

Dr Ralph and his assistants have been very patient and thorough in explaining the process and the behaviors of my cat with Boos treatment. It helps to have someone that really loves cats and can help to solve issues after she came home!

They take good care of my cat, everyone is always welcoming and inviting, and usually there's a dog or cat there I can play with. Only downside to this place is the stupid road in front of them is always under construction. Which is not the fault of VCA.

My 19 year old cat, Sweetie, has been going to VCA since she was a baby, through 2 owners. We have never had anything but quality care, and vets who love on our girl as much as we do.

Great, professional and very caring vet tech staff, backed by the extremely knowledgeable Dr. Lee. We go here for our cat and our dog and we love it.

Holly the vet tech is wonderful as is Dr Mueller. His bedside manner and ethics/integrity as well as knowledge and advocacy for animals is top notch.

Definitely recommend this place and these professionals.

Staff is very nice. I've always had a good experience here. I'll definitely continue to use them as my vet of choice.
