Awesome place to shop. The workers are super chill and happy to answer any questions that you might have. Dressing rooms were kept very tidy. Very fashion forward store. Various styles and cuts. Prices are higher but affordable, and the quality is worth it.

Absolutely love everything. A bit pricey but I thought it was fine, then again I'm me. Really friendly staff helped me get a great outfit and get the right size quickly. Clothing articles are of good quality but not everything fits the same, some things are longer lasting than others too.

The store is beautiful. The workers seem to be doing so many things at once which they were all nice. I had a guy help me find a top that was sold out online and found it. This store needs more workers. I was ready to check out in the kids section but had to go back downstairs to check out and the line was long because they had only one cashier.

5 stars because I want to support my local Zara. Overall, this is definitely a step up from Forever 21 as far as selection, especially for young adults looking for mainstream, more classically inspired, affordable clothing for work. The prices are slightly higher compared to fast fashion, but it's conveniently located across from the newly remodeled H&M so one could always go across the store, maybe fifty feet, to find more price conscious alternatives. I've never received rude customer service here -- quite the opposite. Perhaps, the reviews considering negative service reflect more on the attitude of the customer? I just see some customers demand returns for items that seem to be outside the return period or in unwearable condition, and rather rudely at that. To my point, a young lady working as the cashier complimented my selection, suggested I size down and even patiently waited while I got another size. Considering the foot traffic in the space, the store is fresh, open and well organized. I am glad this is multiple levels too, I just wish they would get a HOME section! Fun fact: Zara does not outsource manufacturing to China like others, instead they have cheap labor available in Spain, Asia and Eastern Europe, that allow them to put new merchandise in stores within a week. Zara also only hosts sales twice a year, since they rotate select product so quickly. 5 stars because I want this Zara to stay -- wish MN had more!

Love this store and the clothes. I wish the customers would be a bit more respectful and clean up after they make a mess. The team there is so fun and nice. It's a good environment to be in!

The staff lovely but the thing the most amazing. Me is that this nice woman know at least 150 flavor tea I stay in that place for over 2 and I never really stay in a coffee shop that long but emely and her staff are bery nice So yes I recommend this place

I like Zara and your getting a five star this time. But if I go to my Mall of Ametica again and almost trip over some clothes cause it's a hot junky mess , 1 star hands down.

I came for the super bowl and it's been busy and crazy and everyone just don't want to work!! We do understand that!!! however been here for over 2 hours and been help by waffa and Taylor thank you Zara for having such an amazing worker 👌🏽👌🏽

The associate Muna and one other (short, pixie haircut) were extremely sweet and empathetic towards my search for gender neutral clothing. I felt very comfortable. Thank you!

I was delighted when I visit The Mall of America" in Minnesota. The first store I saw....was Zara! Wow! I was blown way because.... There are 3 levels!😮👏🏽😃. I went to each level. En-joy-able!!! I did purchased a lovely black dress.

My wife loves this place. Once I couldn't find her because she took 30 minutes in a fitting room from "trying on cute outfits". Men be aware.

This store is new to me. My loves this store, the clothes are what my son likes. He can't get enough of the reasonable prices and style.
