HotPot 7

The broth was flavorful and good variety of ingredients in the hotpot combo. There was a sauce table to create own combination of sauce mix. The pho was good too. Definitely going back again!

Went for lunch the second day it was open (07Sep18). The staff was very friendly, restaurant was clean, and the food was amazing. I had a Thai, chicken hot pot that I cooked myself at the table; it was amazing. Will be visiting again.

SUPER friendly staff welcomed us like family. I came here before they closed temporarily. Their food here is awesome. Super fresh, good variety but not too overwhelming when it comes to selection. Individual hot pots are a wonderful idea. Everyone can have their own so you don't have to worry about dietary needs, tastes, or allergies. Their vegetarian plate is so diverse I tried tofu skin here for the first time and never knew I needed it so much in my life! They have a sauce bar so you can even try different things with your hot pot. Every time you visit can be a whole new experience of flavors! I can't wait for them to reopen. I check weekly to see if they're back.

Came in for fast good food. We were in and out in 20 minutes. We had most excellent Pho and bubble tea; other food takes longer. The service from the owner was caring and we appreciated the brief chat. Compared to other food in the immediate area, this place was faster and better value for the money. The physical building was done well too with a spacious layout indicating cleanliness and a welcoming feel.

Great restaurant with a team to match!

The options were flavorful and the rolled ice cream really tops off the meal. My recommendation for the rolled ice cream would be the taro and oreo combo! Though it sounds weird at first, trust me you won't be disappointed.

Severs were excellent in explaining what "hot pot" is along with how to eat it.

Restaurant was also very cleanly.

Normally people complain about bad service and forget to write or give praise when it is due! Well went for the first time for lunch today and the food was delicious and the service was great!! Tried the Lau with Beef and it came with a little Tofu. While not a Tofu fan normally...whatever they did with their Tofu was amazing! Highly recommend HotPot 7! I'll be back for sure!

Wow I was surprisingly pleased with their hot pot broth (thai) and beef pho broth. All of our go-to pho spots were closed so decided to try Hot Pot 7 and glad we did. All their veggies and meat were fresh and broths were tasty. Wouldn't say it was the best pho ever, but with some limes and a little fish sauce it was great! Fast and friendly service. I however was surprised at how little the hotpot was (maybe its single serving?) compared to other places, but my fiance ended up not even finishing all the liquid (I had my pho). Also like another post, it's a pretty small place, not a bug seating area for bug groups. But great for groups of 6 or less. Can't wait to go back and this time to try their rolled ice cream too!

Thai broth was AMAZING. My brother and I managed to BOTH leave our credit cards on the table and one of the employees chased our car in the parking lot to give them back to us. Great restaurant, and very sweet to us couple of dodos. :)

Excellent, simple menu, fast service and fabulous flavors. Staff was wonderful and kind to hot-pot first timers. Shrimp dumplings were delicious and wonderfully handmade. Will be back many more times.

I was so happy to find Hot Pot 7 as I am a superfan of Pho. If you are a fan of the places on eat street, definitely check this place out. I think they could be a little more aggressive with their marketing as for whatever reason I thought it was a beauty salon for awhile there until I got closer to the building and they put up some food signage on the windows. The owner is fabulous and a sweetheart too. Definitely strike up a conversation with her.

Excellent food they say is sourced locally. I know the enoki mushrooms tasted super fresh and their broth was awesome. A narrow selection of things to order from the menu but quality is superb. The lafy who waited on me was attentive enough to be helpful but not pushy. And they still let you take the broth home when youre done. I do wish they had some more options for the hot pot and for their sauce bar.

Pho was delicious! Already tasted great without adding anything extra. My husband and I enjoyed our time here. Great service. Polite staff. Clean environment. Nice place. Give it a try!

Honestly my favorite hot pot restaurant in MN. Broth quality is so good and flavorful compared to the other places, just wish they had more broth options. Service is great and cleanliness of the restaurant is a plus. I’d recommend coming here.

The staff were very friendly and quick with our order. It was delicious and will definitely come back again. Their selection of sauces is good for what it is and you can definitely make a delicious sauce from what they have!

Staff is quick & friendly, your options are plentiful (the Thai Broth is the BEST) & it’s a small restaurant but it’s never very loud by any means. One of my favorite Asian restaurants in the Cities!

I had the beef pho and the egg rolls, and they were very tasty. The staff was nice and the restaurant wasn't very busy, which was nice. I'll definitely come again if I'm in the area again.

The lady who runs this place was amazing and kind. They have delicious bubble tea, and the cleanliness of the restaurant was very impressive. I will definitely eat here again!

Incredible food, welcoming staff. The owner took the time during a busy late evening to assist us on our first visit, and later came by to chat at length. So good, lovely small business.

Their food is delicious! The staff was so nice whenever we went. I miss this place so much and routinely check to see if they're open again. I will be devastated if corona shut them down forever.
