Savage Community Park

This playground is amazing. Revamped to cater to many ages and a completely accessible handicapped swing. The ground material is a recycled rubber so you don't have to worry about shaking anything out before the trek home but on the flip side is it can get hot so make sure your littles don't take off their shoes.

When it comes to parks, it has what you would expect: giant play area complete with jungle gym, pickleball courts, wide open field for play, and an air conditioned rest building. But the cleanliness and finishing touches on all the structures is what made it great. Everything was remarkably clean, there was plenty of parking, and even though it was busy, it did not feel busy since everything was so spread out.

The pickleball courts are immensely popular with the locals. The courts have great net, nicely maintained, even have a nice sun-seltered wait area. There are little slots to put your racket in, which indicates that you would like to play on that court next in the instance that all the courts are busy. There are always people playing there and everyone is so friendly that if one were to go alone, they would have several invites to join a group without a hesitation.

Overall the entire community is represented by the excellent park, it's a place that is worth visiting if you live in the city of savage.

If you want a superb green space in the city to shoot some hoops, play catch, or gaze into the calm body of water to soothe the stresses of a hectic day then look no further than this city park.

I love the park to walk our dog. I wish the park had more signs that people need to leash their dogs. The new trails are a great improvement.

Very clean and nice views. The dock is great for fishing. There’s a trail that goes around the park and also through the middle between some trees.

Lovely place to walk, especially for pokemon go players like me. On events for pokemon go there's plenty of friendly people and raiders to help you out

Great 5yr-12yr rated playground with rubber turf base. Swings and a rare spinning merry go round.

If you want pickle ball, they have great courts, more coming as well as lights, so you can play all night

Nets are up and lights are on. Playing pickleball outside in February is fantastic

This is a great playground, nice/ new equipment, ample parking, shade structure with picnic tables. Only downside is there aren't restrooms (Porto only 😖) and it's definitely lacking a water feature IMO.

8 lighted pickleball courts. 95% of the time is crowded. Good place to pick up games with different players and the wait time is not bad but if you just want to play with your group it will be crowded.

I visited this park with my family. It was the perfect place for our toddler to expend some energy. The slides and swings, etc., were clean and well maintained. I look forward to visiting again and exploring more in the future!

This park is full of softball fields. My daughter played a tournament here back in May. Then she played a couple games two weeks ago. Nice fields. Indoor bathrooms.

Visited this to celebrate a high-school graduate. Facilities are great!! I'm in a wheelchair and had no issues getting around the property! I may have missed it, but the "main" restroom didn't have a true wheelchair accessible stall. My chair is narrow enough for me to have used it, but might not be optimal for everyone....unless there's one elsewhere in the building (I didn't care to ask).

Really good park for the whole family. Great venue to book for family events!

Love this park! It's layout out very nice and has substantial parking. I love when my kids have practices here because there's places close to run errands or just take a nice scenic walk!
