KR did an awesome job re-siding our home and installing a new front door. Bob did an excellent job walking us through the process and answering all of our questions and concerns. In the beginning, they gave us a 3D model of our home which allowed us to experiment with different colors and siding styles. Having that model allowed us to design with confidence and peace of mind. The workers completed the job quickly and very professionally. The product looks great and seamless. We are very happy with the results. Thank you again Bob!

We recently purchased a new home and it is need of a few updates. We contacted KR Contracting for an estimate on gutters in the back and 2 sliding glass doors. Bob responded immediately and gave us brochures on sliders and windows. We had them install our gutters and sliders with no issues. Professional work all around. I had Bob walk our roof to check for hail damage--found issues. KR Contracting worked with our insurance and replaced our roof in 1 day. Everything looks great. We will definitely use them for future projects and recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Bob and his Team did a quality job replacing our damaged gutters and recommended adding gutter covers to limit the extra work required to annually clean them. Their pricing was competitive & they completed the work in a timely manner. Based on this positive experience, I plan on asking Bob & the KR Contracting team to check my roof for recent storm damage and fix siding repairs needed - due to my LAB Bo chewing on a few panels.... chasing after pesky chipmunks.

We contracted with KR Contracting & Associates, Inc. to have a 12' x 12' deck, with stairs added to our home. We enjoyed our first meeting with Bob as he explained about how the deck would be constructed and what materials would be used. We liked his straight forward approach, and the fact that they have been in business for a long time, we knew that their experience in the industry would provide us with a quality deck. His crew was awesome to work with and they did indeed construct a beautiful and solid deck. We are enjoying our deck and look forward to the enjoyment for a long time to come.

We reached out to KR Contracting over the weekend, and Bob responded in less than an hour (even though he was out of town). Incredibly nice, very thorough, explained the issues and fixes well, and overall provided great quality work! I’m glad KR Contracting was recommended to us by others in our neighborhood as we now have a go-to contractor we can rely on for future projects.

We needed our jamb wraps replaced around our 16’ x 8’ garage door. We only had one day to get them done before our new garage door was installed. We had to replace the beam due to rot. I contacted Bob and was lucky as he had time to fit me in. They formed the jamb wraps and reinstalled some vinyl siding. We greatly appreciated the timeliness. He really got us out of a bind.

KR construction did an amazing job on my bathroom remodel. They were very professional and great to do business with, even when covid supply chain issues got a little in the way! Their design department helped me pick the perfect tile, vanity and fixtures! I absolutely love it!

Replaced an old wooden deck with new composite decking and it looks wonderful! The team with John in the lead worked with care and detail and am very excited to get some use out of this beautiful new space!

We loved working with Bob and will certainly call him for future projects. My parents had him re-side their house in order to get a better price but the movers damaged the garage wall leading up to the house. He fixed it seamlessly. He is great at keeping clients informed during the project.
