When I first called around, this place was the only shop that took the time to answer my questions before I committed to service. Mark even called me to clarify a few questions I had when the scheduler was unable. Tim, the plumber, arrived on time and did a thorough job with figuring out where the leak was coming from. He came back a few days later again right on time and completed the big project by himself in a timely and respectful manner. He really took great care to make sure the replacement waste lines were installed adequately and that all the former ABS lines that he could access were removed. We know who to go to next time. We’ve used some of the bigger companies in the past like Paul Bunyan and weld and sons. They were okay. But Mark’s provided that extra touch and service for a very reasonable price. Tim saved the day! And the years to come from having a wet basement!

Very happy with Mark’s Plumbing. I received a call back within minutes of filling out the online form. Scheduling was super easy. Tim showed up right on time and was able to assess and make recommendations on the leak that I had. He was able to fix things up quickly. I will be using Mark’s Plumbing for future work as they are professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and nice people to work with.

I called in for sump pump repair/replace along with battery back-up. Mark's had someone out to my house within the promised time frame and was provided a fair quote for the work.

They came back the next morning and did the job ... and clean-up very well afterwards!

Five star review was purchased! They added $20 to my final bill if I did not give a positive review. There was a lot of empty promises of service.If it’s not in writing, it will not be done. I was left with a dirty floor from shoes and small metal shavings from pipe cutting. The guys were personable but left me with a mess to clean up and put back together.

Tim installed a new water softener today at my home in Burnsville. He provided excellent service, was friendly, answered all my questions, and was available with his time quickly. He was looking out for my best interest which is hard to find these days. I highly recommend them.

The service I got from Mark’s was responsive, professional, high quality and helpful. I’ll call them again if I need help w plumbing. Tim took the time to explain what needed to be done & made recommendations for brands and things u can do to prevent future issues.

Called Mark’s plumbing for a leak repair. Tim showed up on time and found and fixed the leak quickly. Had them back again this week to fix an outdoor spigot. Again, Tim was punctual and got the job done quickly. Would absolutely call them again for future plumbing needs.

Excellent Customer Service and Professionalism! I called Mark's plumbing looking for some help with a plumbing issue. I received a call back from Mark within 10 minutes and he talked me through the potential issue; answering several questions and taking the time to explain things to me all before I even booked an appointment! He didn't have to take the extra time to do that, but because he did he is now at the top of my contractor's list! Thank you Mark!

Tim was very responsive and provided a quick turn around to get an appointment/service completed for our plumbing desires. Our specific needs were inputting a new shower head and we needed plumping work from two pipes being hot and cold faucet to one pipe. We are very satisfied and definitely would use their service again for any future plumping needs.

Showed up promptly, cleared my floor drain efficiently, tested it carefully. Did the work I wanted at the price they promised. Happy to have them back if I need more work.

Last night our main sewer line backed up!! Gotta love roots in the line. I google plumbers near by and looked for a small business. Marks Plumbing popped up so I gave him a call. I explained to him what is going on and he said no problem. “Let me call someone and I’ll call you right back.” Less than 10 minutes later Mark called and said he can send someone out there the same day!!! YES!!! At 3:30 my drain was cleared, any mess was cleaned up and the sewer drain was ready for use!! Great price and saved me a lot of back pain. Thank you so very much. I’m am definitely sharing their information to my family and friends.

We had a pin hole leak in a copper pipe that turned into a minor emergency on Sunday. Called Mark's Monday morning, they were very understanding and reshuffled their techs to have someone come out in the morning yet. Everything was taken care of by 1 p.m. Monday! Great job!!

Tim was great to work with, great work and helped out in a pinch! Better prices and service than the big names. Would recommend coming back to Mark's again.
