I had been trying to apply for an SBA real estate loan for my business by myself, when Ericca walked into my shop. I had made a couple of calls to commercial real estate agents, but they either called me sweetheart one too many times or seemed totally disinterested in working with me. Ericca was totally different. She gets me, she gets my business, and the first building she showed us was perfect. She connected us with a banker who got that SBA loan with no problems at all. I recently worked with Ericca Willis for the sale of my family’s probate property. If you have ever gone through the probate process, you know it is less than favorable. Keith’s response time was phenomenal! Whenever I called with questions or a request to see a property, he almost always answered and/or promptly returned my call, and was always able to make appointments to see properties and help me extend offers right away.

I did not have a good experience dealing with this agent and have lost money. He didn’t disclose details about the owner dying and the contract ended up in probate court. He refused to take calls from my agent and said to “email instead” so that there was a record. House listing was misleading, inspection required work was never completed. Terrible experience.

I wanted to rent the place while it was in probate because my apartment lease was ENDING. Keith suggested to my agent that I go stay with a friend. Good thing I didn’t do that since it would have 6+ months! I never signed the mutual release so Keith relisting the is unethical in the real estate world.
