We trusted Options Exteriors and specifically as the company representative, Shane Hanson, the task of getting our roof and siding changed this last summer and into late fall and early winter after a hail storm. From the very start things went about a smoothly as a homeowner can hope. Roof got done in September. From the drop off of materials, to the work crew, and the final inspection, everything went great. Next it was on to the siding and this is where Shane Hanson really needs to be credited. He showed us multiple samples, was as patient as anyone could be, despite how many times we changed our mind on color or style. He came over and sat down with us and showed us a computer mock up of the final choices we were thinking about which allowed us to make a final decision. He was up front about how long it was going to take because of supply issues with the particular siding we choose. There was no wishy washiness and it was refreshing. Shane texted me the material drop off date and work start date and everything was delivered on time and work started the day he stated. Again, the work crew was phenomenal, on time, cleaned up, and put things back as to where they were.

They worked directly with our insurance company, which made the process much less daunting. We have now finished the entire process successfully and they helped fix my mom's hail damage on her house as well. I would definitely recommend their services.

Ernesto was a great project manager to work with. he helped my parents and i get a new roof on my damaged childhood home - he made the insurance claim process so easy which is something that doesn’t happen often, usually working with insurance is a headache! I have been extremely happy with Options Exteriors and specifically working with Kyle Miller, our project manager. Kyle has been patient and kind and easy to reach. He has walked us through two different house projects, first new siding and then a brand new roof. The important thing is how he has followed through every step of the way.

If you have never done a major house project, you may not know that there can be major glitches. Our Insurance company was particularly difficult to work with, and that meant Kyle had to put in extra time helping get our claim paid.

I am also difficult to work with. (Ask
my husband 😆) I ask lots of questions, have a complicated life, trust issues, and stress making decisions. Believe me when I say most project managers would have become irritable. Not Kyle Miller. He took his time with me and explained all that would happen as we went along.

Initially I was going to work with a different company, but thankfully my daughter steered me away from them. (A sales rep can promise lots of things and yet not be there when you need him.) When Kyle stopped by to offer his services, luckily I chose to use Options Exteriors. Thank God I did. You will be more than satisfied if you do the same. I love the results of the work done on our house. It is such a huge improvement and looks like a brand new home. ❤

Bryan Jenkins was fantastic. He got to work right away getting my insurance adjuster involved and responsive. Got our estimate right away and got to work helping us get the new shingle color picked out and ordered. Supplies came fast and that roof was done in about 5 hours! Unbelievably fast!! Clean up did a great job. The place looked immaculate when they were done. Bryan stopped by a couple days later and picked up the last few extra supplies. Very professional and fast. Definitely would recommend and will work with again.

He immediately responded to any questions, stopped by consistently, managed the contractors exceptionally and made sure any issues or questions were addressed. My house was involved in a big summer hail storm. I knew choosing the right roofing company makes all the difference. I called Noah Fracassi from options and he came out answered every question and was very thorough with every detail.
