McKenzie, found a coupon that dropped my medication from $75 to $30 and I am very grateful. Give her a raise for her excellent customer service!! Also, the pharmacist was a sweetheart as well. Thank you!!

I just have to give a negative review because on numerous occasions I have called asking when the medicine will be ready, and when I show up on that agreed upon time (or much later) I get told it isn’t ready and I either have to wait or come back later. Thats ridiculous, ill be changing pharmacies asap

This pharmacy is the worst in refilling the medication on time. One time I waiting almost two weeks to get my medication. I just switched to different one. They should just shut this down.

Renewing the one star review of this location. Their management is clearly unable to maintain the right staff to keep up with their demand. You'll get a notification that your prescription is ready and when you arrive, they'll tell you it needs another 15 minutes or more. But really they have no idea. Nobody has any idea when your prescription will be done until it's done.

Every time my prescription changes I'm given the runaround. After being told to come back in 30 minutes, I'll be told they need another 20 minutes to fill the prescription. I never had this problem at my old location before I moved.

Update: Came back to this location to grab a prescription for my wife because the pharmacy we switched to was inexplicably closed. The prescription was supposed to be ready hours before I arrived, but I was told to wait 20-24 minutes. After waiting for 45 minutes, I got back in line and the staff refused to give me a new wait estimate. It's been more than a year since my original review. Management are incompetent if they've allowed this issue to persist this long.

They won’t answer their phone until there is no one in the store. Which means that if you need a prescription the same day and want to see if they have it in stock, you have to go in person. Considering the pharmacy exists to help people who are sick or in pain, making them make two trips to the store is not the best policy. At some point, you need to tell the people in line that someone has been waiting on the phone. I was not first in line on the phone after waiting for a good amount of time. When I walked in, still on the phone, they helped me before answering their phone. Considering I needed a prescription transferred from a pharmacy that was out of stock and closing soon, I didn’t have a choice. Having to make two trips to the store in person while in pain is unacceptable. And ignoring those who call because they do not have easy transportation to get to a store only to find out their medication is out of stock seems like it should be opposed to their mission. I am reminded why Walgreens isn’t my first choice of pharmacy.

Edit: after all of this, I drive back an hour later. Still in pain. They tell me my insurance will only cover 3/4 of what my doctor prescribed. So they decided to fill 1/4 of what my doctor prescribed and make me come back yet again. I will be working on getting this prescription transferred to a different pharmacy.

My wife spent 4 days vomiting continuously because they couldn't fill a prescription within a reasonable timeframe.

They’re literally always closed early for one reason or another when I get here, there always out of stock of medications & take weeks & weeks to get them in. They told me in so many words I’m never getting my acne medication filled and there’s nothing I can do about it. If my insurance would let me go somewhere else I would.

Came to pick up prescription yesterday to find a sign saying closed at 5 pm instead of 9 pm due to short Staff. Returned today and waited one hour in the drive through pick up...
