I had an excellent experience with everyone that I worked with at Long’s Auto. I researched many dealers and read many reviews before deciding to purchase a vehicle with Long’s. The reviews did not disappoint. This family owned business of over 40 years, was welcoming and open to not only any questions or concerns that I had, but also my children’s. Four of my children and I piled in and out of the Suburban that I did end up purchasing multiple times, and we never felt as though we were a bother. Kirk, Justin and Jim all went above and beyond what I would have appreciated as good customer service. I traveled to over 100 miles to make my purchase at Long’s Auto, and not only would I purchase another vehicle with them, but I have recommended them to my friends and family as well. Thank you all for your dedication to your customers and the family name. What a breath of fresh air, to be treated so well in a place of business; especially an automobile dealership. Long's Auto was the best experience ever for buying a great used Buick. Robert and Jim were straight forward, not pushy. Anything but the stereotypical used car salesmen! It was a pleasure to work with them. The paperwork process was easy and we were finished and on our way with our new/used vehicle quickly. A great business to work with!

WOW!! I purchased a vehicle online for the first time and was really apprehensive. Kirk made that whole process so easy from start to finish. He gave me a thorough video tour of the truck, paused and zoomed in for details when I wanted to see more and answered all of my questions. We completed the paperwork online and the truck was delivered to my driveway the very next day!! Just as advertised and I couldn't be happier! I'd give extra stars if they were available!!

This was my first time buying a new car for myself and I cannot say enough what an excellent experience it was. I looked around other dealerships, but did not have a good experience at other places, feeling pressured and not welcome. At Long’s, there wasn’t a salesperson pressuring me to buy something or giving me a low price on my trade in. I worked with someone who was knowledge and helping me find the best deal and vehicle possible. I had lots of questions about financing with a not so great credit and what my options were and all my questions were answered. They always made sure I understood the process and always encouraged me to reach out anytime if questions came up or I was confused about something. I am really happy about my experience here and happy with my vehicle. Beyond happy! I recommend this place to first time buyers if they are worried about the new experience!

Had a great opportunity to finally come into Long's Auto Place. Everyday I pass Long's Auto Place and always wanted to enter and check out the cars here. So finally one day I made that decision and saw the Toyota Highlander that I've been looking for and it was finally here. So when I arrived I was greeted with a very warm welcome. I then talked with a salesman and we proceeded away. He call me and said I got approved for a great %3.49 which I was very pleased. So having that approval I came the next day with the down payment and drove home on a new Toyota Highlander Limited Edition. Thanks again for the help. I definitely recommend this location on buying used cars.

I hit a deer and needed a car quickly. The boys at Longs were so helpful and accommodating. We found the car I wanted and they let me drive it for a few days to make sure I liked it. Keith knew all about these cars and explained all the fun new toys I knew nothing about. I was in a hurry the day I bought it and Gary got everything set so when I came in I was done in ten minutes. Have bought last 2 cars from there. They even financed with me even though I had no credit and working at a temp job for a week. Were very helpful and reasonable. Unbeatable prices. Great staff. These guys run a good outfit here. Justin, Kirk, Garry are good, honest men, and throughout the selling process never felt like I was being "sold" to. The whole experience was smooth and seamless. They seem to do a pretty good job with checking over their vehicles as well. The one I purchased had a minor issue shortly after I purchased and they made extra efforts to make sure it was remedied. Would definitely recommend checking out if you're in the used car market.

Great experience! I called to check on a vehicle and was able to get in the next business day for a test drive.
