Went in to go get a diagnosis for my 08 Yukon Denali Joe went the extra mile on diagnosing my issues properly and fixed one issue without even charging me extra. A small shop with big knowledge would highly recommend taking your vehicle there I trust Joe and his work 100%.

I took a car I was interested in buying into Joe's General Auto. Joe was very personable. When he was done he walked me through everything he checked and showed me hands-on what was wrong with the car as well as parts of it that should be good for a long time to come. He explained things so well and it just made so much sense when he actually showed me the issues. He gave me a very reasonable quote for repairs if I decided to get them done with him.
It was easy to get in and scheduled and just great customer service overall!

I’ve been going to Joe’s for almost two years now and he has been always been completely honest and transparent with all the work he has done with my 3 vehicles. His prices are very reasonable and always makes sure that I approve repairs before he starts work on them. He explains (and shows me) what kind of issues are a safety hazard that needs to be addressed right away and what can wait for a while, without any pressure or trying to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I found his shop on a Google search after we were ran off the road near his location and our exhaust system was mangled. We limped into his shop, meeting for the first time, and he stopped everything he was doing to get us back on the road and fix the exhaust. Since then, he has fixed everything from brakes to exhaust to engine components. His integrity and customer service is second to none, and has a customer for life!
