Hadn't been to Hom in Little Canada in years!! Or I think it might have been Levitz back then. Well still, the furniture is beautiful, comfortable and then you got a high end store attach but you won't be disappointed. All the sales people are so helpful and great attitudes! Doesn't cost nothing to be kind. Wasn't shopping for lamps but these were on clearance! Also purchases 2 reclining chairs. Enjoyable experience.!!!

Had an amazing experience! Immediately upon entering I was greeted by the most wonderful woman. Nadine was awesome, knew exactly what I was looking for and was very professional. She patiently guided me through the showroom until I found the perfect couch that checked off all my boxes, helped me select a gorgeous custom fabric, and after did the same for the pillows. Highly recommend, customer service couldn’t have been better. I will without a doubt be returning in the future!

Carol. Is very professional and answered all are questions to help pick the furniture out we both wanted!! Carol is very detailed at her position. And the care behind her customer service is unique top of the notch. Very kind and also has a great sense of humor. We look forward to working with Carol again when looking for new furniture.

David Gray is an excellent designer! He helped me choose pieces for our cabin that speaks to me and shows off my zest! Just enough to keep the charm of a home away from home! Thank you David!

Carol was fantastic and so patient with us as we made selections throughout the store! Really appreciated how informed she was on all of the items we looked at and she didn't push into making a decision but listened to us as we worked through our pro's and con's of each piece!

Amy is a treasure. I am fairly straight forward and have a definite direction. Amy helped me outfit my den project and made some very good points. She also changed up some of my ideas very succinctly and with good reason Very pleased with her help.

I was greeted by Jane promptly as I entered the Dock 88 showroom. She listened to what was interested in and took me to items that might work. When I didn’t find anything there we walked through to HOM’s showroom where I found exactly what I wanted!
We checked availability and it was available so I purchased it. For an extra charge I am able to have it delivered and assembled in my new bedroom! So excited!

The sales agent Bill asked if I needed assistance. He allowed me to roam around the store and not feel pressured. HOM has great furniture and combined with Dock 86 it's one of the best stores for all home decor needs!

We were absolutely delighted to work with David Grey for carpet and furniture selection. It was fun to work with him and was very polite and punctual in returning calls. His design expertise came very handy for us to make the right color and pattern selections. Altogether it was a pleasant experiece.

I came in to look at floor lamps, found two that I liked. I went to find Michelle and she was working with another customer. As soon as she had a free moment I showed her the lamps, she checked the availability and I was able to order and pay for them right away. She is so accommodating, a great person to work with!

Our design consultant Amy at the Little Canada store was so helpful we felt no pressure to purchase our two recliners. Amy made the entire purchasing, delivery process seamless and simple. Thank you Amy!

We have purchased many items for our home over many years at HOM and have never been disappointed, in fact always very satisfied. In August 2023 we went shopping for floor coverings for main lower level, stairs and an office after serious water damage. Reed answered all of questions and explained the differences in each product and then let us decide what was best for our home. We purchased carpeting and underlayment at a very good price. He scheduled us to have the area measured. Agent arrived as scheduled. We then received the estimate upon which Reed had us scheduled for installation, again on time as scheduled. The carpet layers we courteous and reviewed the areas to be carpeted. They finished the job, cleaned up everything and vacuumed the carpet after they were finished. Could not be happier. We have moved all of our furniture back into the area and feel great about the outcome. We have already referred our daughter and told all of our friends! Thank you Reed and HOM.

Went there looking for a dining room table. Jane Husband greeted us as we started at Dock 86 and did not pressure at all. Was there to answer questions when we had them. Pretty painless transaction.

Amazing experience making my first big purchase on a piece of furniture! Steve on the dock 86 side was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Carol on the hom side was so sweet, patient an efficient when we decided to purchase a sectional. Incredible service and pricing and we will be back!

I had a great shopping experience at the HOM Furniture rug department on Saturday. I needed two area rugs and was surprised at the amount of inventory, ease of finding what I wanted and expertise of their rug specialist, Jesse. He explained the care and construction of the rugs I picked out, and the 7-day return policy is super helpful if my idea of what would look good in our home turned out to be a bad idea, LOL! The rugs I purchased look and feel great underfoot.

Jesse was awesome to work with. He took time to help educate us on the rug we purchased without being pushing. He made our purchase and transaction easy. Jesse is very knowledgeable of rugs which is also his passion. We got the perfect rug for our room thanks to his knowledge and assistance.

Laurie was so helpful in helping my mom find a mattress and pillow that was comfortable and the right fit. She was empathetic to our past bad experiences with mattress shopping and made sure to answer all our questions as well as ask us questions to help us purchase the best products. The store itself had a great selection of furniture for us and delivery was efficient and on time. Thank you so much for all your help! I definitely plan on returning to purchase many more things!

Shopping at HOM can be daunting because of the sheer size of the place and endless choices available. Mike was extremely helpful helping us zero in on the chair that best met our needs and he made sure we understood the delivery process and the timeline for that delivery. Mike made sure our shopping experience was fun and productive. HOM has become our go-to home furnishing store in large part to helpful staff such as Mike.

We enjoyed our furniture shopping with April from The Hom Store in Little Canada. She was friendly and understood our style. April was knowledgeable offering other options. We appreciated the cleanliness and organization of Hom show room. April had excellent follow through and was very conscientious with our selection and providing information on delivery. We lover our new dining set.
