Keng and his team are honest and deliver incredible value with their expertise. They even helped me on how to process a warranty claim when they noticed my tires were getting worn out, no charge, no requirement I have new ones put on at their shop ... just good honest expertise and they now have a loyal customer and advocate!

I happen to run across this shop due to a groupon for an oil change, and after countless attempts - I have finally found a car shop I want to continue to return to for any and all of my car related issues.
Communication with this place is 5+ stars. I have had so many questions regarding my car (Nissan Rogue) and its driving issues and every where I go I have not been able to have it communicated with me, have it actually looked at, nor have I been able to talk to the mechanic working on my car personally even when going to dealerships for work. I got to speak with Keng who was quick about my oil change and checking on my complaints even though I was only scheduled for the oil change. I didnt feel rushed nor stupid when having it explained Keng is GREAT!!
Their location is a little tucked away but don’t let this deter you I really appreciate the friendliness of everybody I encountered - waiting there for the oil change felt like nothing due to friendly conversations to pass the time.
Keng is a specialist when it’s comes to Nissan and Subaru and it really shows with the way he talks to his customers, about his work, and the way he can explain it all. He has an incredible amount of experience and really shows caring for your vehicle and concerns just as much as you do.
So incredibly satisfied with my visit today, you REALLY cannot beat their rates and customer service!!!

Recently, I had broken a sway barlink bolt under my truck, and the bolt was inside of my trucks frame. The welded female end no longer stayed afixed and needed attention, too. So I called keng and explained the situation. He explained his action plan and walked me thru the process on how he would excute and help fix the issue. I set an appointment and got in within a couple of days. My truck is fixed and running great. The turnaround time is phenomenal, and the pricing is very reasonable. The attention to detail are top notch. The quality and pride they have in helping their clients @ Roseville auto & Marine are 5star.

I've had good experiences here as a customer for 9 years. It's always felt like a place that values customer relationships. They recently changed ownership, but I'm happy to say not much else has changed and this is still a great shop! Staff are friendly and patient with questions. They'll give you price options when they can and even tell you when you can save your money. I recommend them to anyone who wants a go-to auto mechanic!

Highly recommend this place! Very friendly and knowledgeable! I bring my Jeep Liberty & my Nissan NV work van here. They make sure both vehicles are in top working condition. The owner has a lot of experience as an auto mechanic and is very nice and easy to work with. I trust this shop completely!

I recently had the back end of my trailer repaired. I chose this outfit because of their reviews. They did not disappoint! My trailer was.fixed perfectly, quickly and all for a fair price. In a day and age where customer service seems lost upon most businesses, this place really shines. Kudos!

I brought my boat, trailer and truck there a couple times to get fixed/maintenanced. The owner was very friendly and the mechanics are very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond on trying to find the right parts for a 2001 trailer and gave me reasonable alternatives when those parts where not available anymore. I also got my boat winterized there and they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend.

Took my 97 suburban there after a catastrophic failure on the freeway where the block heater fell out causing the motor to overheat. The mechanic and staff at this shop were great to work with and I picked my car up the next day. Unfortunately the part that was replaced was defective and I only made it a few miles down the road. The shop paid to have my car towed back and warrantied the work, verified that there hadn't been damage to the vehicle from the brief overheats-all at a significant expense to the shop. I was extremely pleased by the professionalism here and highly recommend their service. Were I living in the area I would absolutely use this shop for all of my automotive repairs. Very fair price for the original repair.

Roseville Auto has given me continual awesome, quality service. I finally have a place I can take my vehicles and know they'll fix it right, on time and at a fair price. This is the first shop I've gone to where I don't feel I've been taken advantage of or gotten ripped off. Britt, Jeff and the entire crew are fantastic! They're always upfront, honest and fair. I won't go anywhere else, and I live over 25 miles away. I highly recommend Roseville Auto & Marine.

This team went above and beyond my expectations(which are typically very high) to repair my boat trailer axle and tune up the motor on my boat. The axle was somewhat custom and they had to go back to the original manufacturer to get the right part. It took about 3 weeks to get delivered due to the Suez canal mess, but once it showed up they had it ready the next day. During the time my boat was there they took extra precautions to keep it safe. They communicated well and did a fantastic job!! I will be recommending Roseville Auto and Marine to anyone who will listen. Thanks again guys!!

Awesome experience! Had a nail in my tire that I needed repaired. Called Britt to let her know that I had a 30-45 minute window to get it fixed. She was gracious enough to set some time aside for the repair. Roseville A&M had me out of the shop in 20 minutes, just in time for me to make a meeting. Five-Star service indeed! Thanks a million!

My whole family has been taking their cars to Roseville Auto for over 15 years. We love the service, how personable everyone is, and how they care for our cars. As a young woman who doesn't know much about cars, I never feel like I am getting taken advantage off and they always explain things thoroughly to me. I highly recommend!

I can't say enough nice things about this place. First I had to change my appointment three times because of work and the only response I got was "that's just fine, what's a better time for you?" Once I was there, the customer service was top-notch. They got my car in right on time and explained to me what they were doing every step of the way to make sure I was comfortable with the repairs. The repairs went quick, which was great, but they told me several times that if it was taking too long they would be happy to give me a ride to work. What a great family company! I'm certainly happy I found them and will be coming back if I need future auto repairs.

I had Roseville Auto & Marine do an oil change and during the process they did a complete review of my car. They found a few minor issues and pointed out what should be done rather than try and sell me on a bunch of unneeded services. I will definitely go to them for further work on my car.
