We’ve had 2 pregames here and had excellent food and service both times. Their fried pickle chips are awesome, wings great even sauceless (got dipping sauces on side), walleye fries were great, the only thing we were so so on were the nachos. Fake cheese was blah but otherwise all good! Service excellent, drinks cold.

The Best Fish Fry Ever ! Cooked to Perfection, crisp, fresh, firm, flakey fish with light Crisp breading. We wait for Gabe's Lent fish fry every year. You will feel at home & Welcome anytime of the year, but you can't miss their fish fry.

We got the pastrami hash and the loaded breakfast tots. Both were great. Nice service. Reasonable prices. Great location for us. We’ll be back to sit on the patio next time!

The food was absolutely delicious. We has 3 burgers; gabes burger, breakfast burger and the tavern burger. They were cooked perfectly and toppings complimented the burgers so well. Also had the hot Buffalo sandwich and wow! Best meal we've had in a while.

Amazing food, wish I had come here sooner. The food is melt in your mouth delicious and the cookie skillet is perfect and not too sweet. Carlos was amazing so helpful and kind. The fries are killer as well. Everything was amazing food, service atmosphere definitely a new favorite.

Went last minute, sat outside n it was perfect. THE BEST cheese curds I've ever had, nachos were ok, my kid loved her burger and tots and the bloody was on point! Going back for their mini doughnuts, fried pickles and bread pudding.

It’s a nice joint for a sports bar type place. Nice comfortable horseshoe bar with ample tv boxes for viewing enjoyment. It’s has a cabin like feel with lower ceilings to give a comfy feel. A back room has a more traditional feel to enjoy your meal. The food is the usual for the upper Midwest but plate was delicious especially the hamburger offerings. I was pleasantly surprised and will return when in the area. Enjoy!

I used to live in the Como area and Gabes was always a staple. Its been a while since I’ve been and i can see either new ownership or maybe just a menu refresh but everything on the menu looked delish. I decided to start with the ultimate bloody and boy was i not disappointed-well maybe it was-just because it was so filling i didn’t have room to try more. Every topping on this ultimate bloody was perfectly done. The slider was delicious. The doughnut was perfectly fried, the dry rubbed wing was amazing, the meats and cheese curds were excellent. And to top it off it was an honest to goodness great Bloody Mary. Just the pice I like. I wanted to order more just to support them but couldn’t fit anymore in. Highly recommend. The patio is in bloom. The staff is kind and attentive. The bar is always a great time with great characters.

Great place, moments away from the zoo, so stop here before or after. Wonderful staff. The burger I had was perfection! No condiments needed! Believe it was the pub burger. Amazing! Tater tots were perfectly crisp on the outside and tender inside.

Drove past this place on our way to Bandana Park for a spontaneous staycation. It didn’t even look like there was an empty spot in the lot. We decided we had to try it the next day and we are so glad we did. The Benedict with the tomatoes and spinach was so good. There was a cheese curd garnish on the Bloody Mary that was perfection and I’m ashamed that I’m still thinking about it 5 days later. They were busy yet not one person on staff seemed anxious or stressed and multiple people greeted us as soon as we walked in. It was a great experience… what service and restaurants used to be. I highly recommend and am definitely visiting again this weekend. It’s worth the drive from the burbs 100x over.

Love the food here. Very high quality executed well. I love the wings, fries, and birra quesadilla. Patio is great when it's open, and you can't beat Bingo and pull tabs.

We threw my sisters baby shower at Gabes recently and it worked out so well. They have a private party space and bar that fit us perfectly. We had the deluxe brunch buffet for 30 people and a hosted mimosa station — food and service was excellent. I’ve worked in catering in the past and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and professionalism we received during set up and throughout the event. We had a room with seated dining and a space for the buffet, cocktail tables for mingling, and a cake table. Linens and rolled silverware were provided at our request. All we had to do was show up and add our flowers, candles, and decor. We got lots of compliments on the space and it was very smooth/easy on our end which meant we got to enjoy the party with our guests!

Stopped by for apps and a beer and the service was quick, friendly and the food tasted great! Lovely cocktails and good selection on tap! Will be back✨

Went for fish fry Friday. Food was good, vibe was fun. Will definitely go back.

Gabe's was great with hosting a couple of events and worked with us for happy hour promos for my small business. The servers were great and accommodated us having tons of separate tabs, etc.

Also, love that they added an Impossible burger. Would love to see more plant-based options and labels, etc.

A group of us stopped in on a Sunday night to watch football and get a bite to eat......The Station 991 Burger was so good, I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. The atmosphere was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. If you're looking for place to watch football they have lots of open space and plenty of TV's and a deck.

Dan revamped this place and I have know him for almost 38 years starting in grade school at Central Park! 😎 Dan was a stud then and he continues on his legacy now as we celebrated our 25th high school reunion there and had an absolute RIOT!!! 1997 Roseville High’ class rocking it out and it was SO much fun to see familiar faces and dance the night away!!!😎🥰🥳 Thanks Dan and Class of 1997🙌🥳💥🥰

Good food and fantastic service

Found Gabe's due to being in the area. We had 10 people walk in and they were so kind and friendly. We got sat down in the appropriate time due to our size group plus the service was awesome. Drinks and appetizers came out quickly and tasted amazing, The food was delicious. Will definitely be going back.
