Five Star Nails & Hair Spa

I love coming here for pedicures. They pay attention to every detail and take their time. Tina did my pedicure and I will come back again. She was very attentive and gentle. Five Star is about quality. Their customer service is great.

I went on a Saturday, I didn’t have to wait and had great service!! It took over an hour, I had gel nails on she had to remove but overall super detail oriented 😊 I asked for matte coat and she thought I meant massage but not a big deal, happy with the results!

Very nice and friendly crew! I had so much fun and felt comfortable being around 😍 Pedicure was something unbelievably relaxing and powerful. I’d recommend this place to everyone I know.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!! I called when they were only open for about 40 more minutes, asking if I could do a walk-in pedicure and manicure which "Mai" (I'm so sorry if I spelt that wrong!) was happy to welcome me in. I started out thinking I would do simple acrylic nails, not wanting to have them open late just for little ol' me, but after talking about a few other options she encouraged me to get the variety nails I really wanted and we began to have fun with different designs on each finger!

Only a few minutes later, I was the only customer left in the room and several of the ladies working enjoyed coming over to talk with me or give ideas on the nail designs and colors - she was kind enough to double check each color before applying and even happily corrected if we changed our minds - my nails turned out so unique, I'm OBSESSED!

The entire time, I didn't feel rushed at all and after the pedicure it was at least 30min past close but they were all still so sweet with great customer service and taking their time. I even got to try some homemade fried spring rolls they were making as a holiday lunch in back, they offered me a couple (delicious by the way). My favorite part was that I wanted this little 'sharp/pointed' doodle of a heart on my thumb nail because it's a little trademark of my own and several of the ladies were committed to making it look the way I wanted, bringing over a pen and paper so I could draw it, even redrawing it when it looked upside down at first.

To top it all off - they were proud of their work too :) bringing me up to each person and making sure everyone had seen my nails before I left. I so love that each woman had a different nail that was their favorite. I can't wait to go back again!

Five Star Nails is one of the best nail salons that I’ve ever been to (I’ve been to a lot). The nail technicians are warm and friendly, always going above and beyond with whatever your request is. I would highly recommend Five Star to fulfill your nail needs.

Mai was AMAZING. I have not had a pedicure since late 2019 and my feet were in rough shape but she cleaned them up and made me feel so beautiful, just in time for the 4th of July holiday weekend!! I got my eyebrows waxed too, by Mai, and they look awesome as well. I will be back on the regular!!

Came in to get pedicures with my guy. Got the chamomile pedicures. They took their time gave a great massage. Feel like I have new feet. Will come again. Did a great job and very friendly. Even got my eyebrows and lip waxed she did a fantastic job on that as well. Place is very clean and maintained

My first time here, it was a great experience. I got a pedicure and it felt wonderful and looks GREAT! Staff was kind and space is clean and relaxing. I will definitely be back!

I got a pedicure at 5 star nails bc my salon was closed. She did a great job. She took a lot of time to make the nails perfect. Will come again!

I loved my experience. I thought the price was fair and the ladies were very nice. I got a gel mani and pedi and am obsessed with the results! Better than most other nail salons close to the city in my opinion. Will be returning :)

My experience was definitely 5 stars! All the staff were wonderful but Mai was an absolute gem! She was so kind and did a phenomenal job on my nails making sure to check in about the shape and length often. I was hesitant to get my brows waxed because of a bad past experience but Mai did EXACTLY what I wanted and I am so pleased with how they turned out!

Wonderful pedicure! Didn’t rush through anything and definitely recommend the ultimate luxury spa pedicure! Specifically the green tea and honey one! Worth every penny!

Me and my partner walked in and got sparkly gel pedicures and had such a lovely time. The staff are so sweet, the massages were nice. This was my second time here and I’m looking forward to coming back and trying out more of their services!

I have gone here about 5 or 6 times and have been very happy each time! I am basic when it comes to my nails, so I just get the basic gel manicure and pedicure on my natural nails. The salon is clean and happy. All of the employees are nice and they do a good job. Also I really appreciate that they have reasonable prices for their services!

Stopped here tonight to get a fill and I had Mai. She was wonderful!! We decided that because my nails which had been done at another salon were all different lengths, to do a whole new set. I also had my eyebrows waxed. Mai and the tech who did my eyebrows did an EXCELLENT job! They were both very sweet and attentive and made sure I was happy with my nails and eyebrows. I will definitely be back to have a fill in a few weeks and next week I'll get a pedicure which I need and haven't had in years! Thank you for your wonderful service!!

The ladies that work here are very upbeat. I had a gel manicure done, and they did a wonderful job cleaning up my nails and shaping them to my liking. I will definitely be going back in the future. Something I would appreciate is if they posted their prices transparently. I could not find this on their website nor in the salon.

My daughter and I came for a pedicure. The salon is very clean and looks nice. The staff was very friendly. We had a great time.

Walk in appointment. I was greeted instantly by several women who sat me down immediately. My technician was thorough, communicated well and listened to my idea for my nails. She was careful, quick and thorough. I love my nails and will definitely be going back.
