Love this place such knowledgeable staff. I have gotten many of new additions to my family from here. If you want a great place to get your first frog or crested gecko look no further . I can't say enough how amazing this place is 10/10 in my opinion.

The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! I'm always greeted with a hello and a smile when I walk in. I have a ball python (not purchased from this store) and staff is always able to answer any questions I have from rat size to hunger strikes. I did purchase a tail less whip scorpion from them and that was a great experience. The store has such a good variety of resources to help care for any reptile or crazy looking creature you may have.

I adore this pet shop. You can purchase a new friend to take home and everything you might need to care for your new friend. They specialize in reptiles, as the name implies, but they also carry a few spider varieties, mantids and centipedes. They carry supplies and food for the pets they sell as well as supplies for more traditional pets and supplies for terrariums.

Amazing service, my daughter has been wanting a snake for awhile, secretly so have both my wife and I. However our daughter showed us that she could handle the responsibility. We knew nothing going into this and found ourselves at a big box store and were told by the nice people that if we really want to get educated and taken care of to come here. I’m so happy we did, everyone was very friendly. We told them what we wanted and they walked us through the entire store from reptile to all the equipment needed to thrive. We left feeling very confident, I would without a doubt suggest anyone looking for their first Or hundredth reptile to visit here and support.

Twin Cities Reptiles is a unique store with knowledgeable and helpful staff. They have a wide variety of amphibians, invertebrates, and reptiles for sale, and all of them have clean and well-kept enclosures. I was happy to see that they all looked very healthy and properly cared for. The people who work here are clearly very passionate about the welfare of their animals. Additionally, they offer an extremely extensive variety of supplies to help any reptile hobbyist. They have enclosures, food, lights, tank decorations, and pretty much anything else you might need for your reptile. They have a nice selection of plants for usage in vivariums, and they also all looked healthy and well cared for. If you love reptiles and amphibians, this is definitely one of the best places to shop!

Best variety of animals in the twin cities area. Have purchased a ball python and a corn snake here both are healthy animals.

Always helpful staff. Have bought several reptiles and all our feeders here and the experience is great. They also have a lot of tank decor including real driftwood and cork.

They’re the only pet store I want to go to - super knowledgeable and dependable. Love getting feeder insects and checking out their lovely reptiles for sale. Also recommend the hamster wheels they sell for leopard geckos - got one from the hamster/gerbil section and really think it’s the best for other gecko owners. The staff are great too and I love recommending them to pals who don’t own reptiles just to check out and support. Thanks for what you do!

I love the variety this store offers. There's something for everyone. It's a lovely local business with knowledgeable staff. Give them a visit if you are interested in reptiles, they'll definitely have something you'll love!

It's an excellent store with amazing and knowledgeable employees. I don't even own a reptile–I stop in to grab food for my hedgehog and I stay to look around because it's so fun. Reasonably priced and a great vibe.

Great place! All the reptiles are really well taken care of. Staff is very nice and helpful! Also a great place to just go and see some awesome reptiles with the kids!

I got the chance to buy a young crested gecko from here a few months ago. They were super helpful for me since I had never owned a reptile before. They walked me through what food to buy, cage size and habitat and handing care. I love my crested gecko so much she is my baby! Best purchase ever!

Great place full of knowledgeable staff. All the animals have enclosures that suit all of their needs and are well taken care of. Wide assortment of snakes! This has become our go-to for feeding our rescues and pets - they have a pretty wide variety of feeders. No guinea pigs but can attest to the quality of their rats, mice, rabbits, hornworms, waxworms, mealworms, and roaches. They do ALSO have a small section for cats/dogs so I always pick our girl a treat when im getting feeders for our rescue snakes/lizards.

Such a great shop! Knowledgeable staff, excellent care to the animals, and all around fun experience. Definitely bring the family here, but keep the bratty ones from pounding on the glass....you know who they are. The neighborhood is starting to evolve and Twin cities reptiles will continue to be a fantastic Edition. I hope the building owner and city won't price you out. Keep up the good work 👏 🙌 👍

For years I've been shopping here and I've always had a great experience. Literally all the kind, and truly knowledgeable like hands on, real life experience pet care vs generic text book stuffy information but really helpful, useful and reliable for no matter which animal I was inquiring about over the years, dogs, birds, bearded dragons, bunny's, cats you name it I've gotten insight and affordable enrichment items for each one. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to experience this on such a great scale, but I am moved to write this review because I recently called to see if I could order some bugs for a special bearded dragon I know using My card over the phone and have someone pick them up. Firstly the process is so easy and especially if u know what you need, which lol I have a habit of the opposite when it comes to decision making. The wonderful ok I'm not sure if her name is Miranda or gosh I'm sorry but the girl was such a rock star, she helped me find the perfect solution for my budget short notice and was incredibly helpful with the details in regards to all my selections. Fred, my bearded dragon friend has already outlived his anticipated departure date, but when I called I had received him with the intention of making his last time here memorable, hence the bugs and extra tlc, but I'm so happy to share that it's been 4 days since our "celebration of life" homecoming extravaganza and he is whipping around like a brand new hatchling lol, I have used light, sound, reiki and crystal rock treatments as well to help with environmental energy since he is absorbing all his heat and nutrients from external sources, but the love and care that you have invested definitely was radiating from the Dubia roaches, crickets and horn worms along with the highest vibrational frequency of love I could feel it through the phone, it definitely helped make this beardie think twice about throwing in the towel so I appreciate you all I highly recommend

Always a pleasure doing buissness with them I hope to one day maybe even sell my geckos to them! Once my breeders start producing more of course ! I currently buy my supplies from twin cities mostly and sometimes snake discovery!

Great place, seems to go a little bit further other shops caring for animals. I purchased three Hermit crabs total from here, and two are still healthy 3 years later. Unfortunately the biggest one passed away during molting. I am very glad that this shop had a reasonable setup for their crabs, as most shops just throw in some dry coconut fiber and call it a day. But, twin cities reptiles made sure to have good humidity and temp, clean water, and extra shells. Although there wasn’t much space for the crabs, they did make sure to meet the hermit crabs needs while their were there. This shop also has helpful employees.

Twin City Reptile in Saint Paul is a great store for all your reptile needs! The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and they have a great selection of reptiles and supplies. I bought my pet tortoise there, and they were able to answer all of my questions and give me advice on how to care for him. I highly recommend Twin City Reptile to anyone looking to buy a reptile or reptile supplies!

Staff is always helpful and approachable. And knowledgeable, even if the person I ask doesn't know as much about a specific pet, they'll grab someone who does! Only shop in the metro I'll even think about getting my feeders from.

Oh, and they seem to actually care about and take care of the animals they sell.
